About

When an alarming anomalous signal was detected from the moon of Keres-2b, astronomers were eager to explore immediately. You were created for this purpose - a fully autonomous rover named HOPE.
Collect data from the sites of interest, uncover the source of the Signal, and complete your mission. There may be a chance for mankind just yet.

Take up the role of a hastily constructed rover - drive across rocky terrain to take grainy photos and record crackly signals, and conserve battery power to survive.
Traverse an eerie, desolate landscape - the moon of Keres-2b is a lonely, quiet place, but it's not without its dangers.
A short horror game lasting roughly an hour.

Great mood and tension that builds until the very end.
This thing is the best horrifying experience hade with a video game thank you for making this.
Moonrot is a great short horror experience. It was a lot of fun driving around the moon rover, discovering erie locations and unraveling the mystery. The controls felt a little janky at times but I think that just added to the charm. Definitely recommend if you want a short and sweet horror game to play.
Should be boring but isn't. Love the little guy.
Great.
Fun and spooky!
MOONROT pushes a certain space-horror vibe that is present in analog horror works like Gemini Home Entertainment. There are not a lot of games like this. Voyager-19 is another one. If you love desolate space horror, this is a small, creative short game to try.
Short, but it does what it's trying to do pretty well. It's not super hard so long as you can keep a general sense of direction. If you like scary games and have an hour or so to burn, I don't see why not. Shame it didn't get more popular.
Really enjoyed my time with this game, I found the tension of battery management and quiet, creeping suspense pretty effective. I'm a little disappointed that some of the story elements dropped in the leadup to release didn't make it in, I really liked some of the details about the moon that were in those little videos.
Had fun. Cute little game, didn't overstay its welcome and I got spooked several times. Love HOPE, would pet.
