About

Search through the abandoned factory owned by TECH-AID ROBOTICS, an infamous company known for its autonomous, interactive, humanoid robots designed supposedly to help with everyday activities. Find hidden remotes that control the robots, discover the company’s past and uncover all the events that led to its collapse. Pay attention to your surroundings, there is something else in the factory besides you...

INPUT6 is a first-person, short, fast-paced horror game.
One of the game's main mechanics is switching between the 'inputs' - the game takes place simultaneously in separate segments of the company's facility, which you can switch between at any time. Switching can also protect you from a malfunctioning robot. After the robot enters your field of view, you only have a brief moment to react - you must switch the input to avoid getting blocked from moving around the current segment of the factory.

Your main task in a single playthrough is to find all 5 remote controls, which appear in different places each time you start the game (one for every seperate section of the facility). You can also find items containing information that may help you unravel the company's mysterious history and uncover what led to its collapse. However, you need to hurry - you have a limited amount of time.

Sometimes during the gameplay a small window with a mini-game might pop up. If you lose the mini-game one of the negative effects will temporarily make the game a bit more difficult.
You are also able to check the archives where you can take a closer look at the items you found during the main part of the game. Collect all of them and maybe you will be able to figure out what led to the company's collapse.

great game but cant sex the maid robot:(
i don't know why this game wasn't a bigger deal. short, to the point, good core gameplay loop, keeps you guessing, and to top it all off, cute robot maid monster.
INPUT6 is a pretty good Slenderman-esque horror game! It has interesting lore, fun gameplay, a decent amount of collectibles to find and good replayability with the extra modes. And it's on the cheaper side anyways, you don't lose much. Definitely recommend playing it. And well, I don't think I need to comment on the cute robot maid trying to murder you.
never wrote a review, so here goes nothing..
God, I wish robowaifus were real... But seriously, this is a very good little game with thought out gameplay, excellent style, and outstanding design. I really like everything about this game, it's just well made and has a lot of effort put into it. it's very obvious that the author cares about his product. And imagine my shock when I found out that this game, which is extremely popular on youtube with millions and millions of views on dozens of different videos by very big youtubers from different countries and in different languages, has about a hundred reviews here on steam and a basically dead discussion page, which means that despite being popular on youtube, it hasn't really done well on steam, despite being pretty cheap. A very strange case and I feel really sad about it. This game deserves a lot more attention. It's just good, it has some lore, good gameplay, very nice VHS and Windows 3.1 stylization. And even though it's a horror, it's... Cute. Sorry (not sorry), but when I see this robowaifu or hear her running up to me from behind, the only tension I feel is in my pants... So yeah, I wish the author won't give up, because this game shows that he's a capable game designer with very good taste, and I wish there will be more games from him in the future. Fingers crossed! You don't often see such small indie games made with so much effort. I mean, just looking through the papers was interesting, they looked absolutely real, and the MAIDAI manual looked really cool (although a bit old-fashioned for the 90s, but I'm just nitpicking here). And her design is... whew, it's just good, okay? Story spoilers ahead!
It's really funny how the "evil" MAIDAI, who is hunting down five other playable MAIDAIs, is actually just trying to prevent the whole robot manufacturing plant from being blown up by the previous owner, who lost his robot manufacturing business after some bullsh*t corporate shenanigans. And it's you, the player, who's actually evil, because you're literally looking for remote controls for the explosives (probably put there by humans) because it's just easier to set off the explosives with robots, it seems. (Well, you actually play as a detective watching the tapes, yes, yes, but still). I also wish the game had more documents about the robowaifus acting up. This is a horror game, after all, and I'd rather have more of that than the whole corporate plot. But it's all good anyway.
