Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 21.86/day in the week to Sep 8 → 32.29/day in the week after.

Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Sums Steam only; PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 26: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Latest in each market: best JP #54, worst KR #100 · 4 markets collected

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

我心中毋庸置疑的最好玩的怪猎,如果人能一辈子活在炎火村就好了。
豪赤😋😋
I was turned off by the different movement but once you get used to that this is yet another BANGER in the series. Really regret not playing during its height. If you get this on a sale for like 10 bucks with the expansion its an incredile deal! 100% recommended
This is the first Monster Hunter game I’ve played in its entirety; before this, I’d only played it on the PSP. Honestly, compared to the versions I’ve tried on the PSP, this game feels much faster thanks to the Wirebug, but there’s no denying that the game is pretty exciting with that system. Of course, it brings back a sense of nostalgia for Monster Hunter 3 on the PSP with its Japanese-style concept. Overall, I really like this game, I hope Capcom releases MHGU on PC, haha.
I beat the game and it's associated DLC and I gotta say it's really fun. I love the improvements to it over world (Especially performance and Multiplayer support), and there are some really stand out fights to be had in this game. I personally had the most fun with Magnamalo and Mizutsune (my beloved) The progression makes sense and upgrading your weapons and armor is a pretty easy process once you get the hang of it and have the materials. There's a lot of interesting systems like Argosy, Meowcenaries, the buddy system in general really, research quests, etc... to dive into if you want, or if you don't want. Not everything is perfect though. The Palamutes handle like an overweight cruise ship and are equally frustrating to mount during a battle, the controls are unresponsive, unreliable, and floaty, whoever decided to make the radial menu lock your camera deserves to step on 1x1 lego bricks with force every morning for the rest of their life, and despite there being hours of tutorial, it still manages to leave out some incredibly basic information about gameplay. I would still reccomend it though, I had a lot of fun. On and just mod Better hunter notes into the game. Just do it, I don't know why the developers decided "alphabetical order" was for neolithic cave dwellers.
