NB
Great Storyline! At first i got the bad ending but then i saved duke and damir and now i get the good ending and damn man I love this game and its storyline tho it was buggy in some areas such as UAZ van getting stuck and no way to remove it out and also the ladder bug where u get stuck sometimes overall it was great.
And... oh, I got to tell you, it was perfect.Perfect.Everything, down to the last minute details.
крутая игра
Good, but not great. Not compared to the first two games anyway. The game takes a big risk by abandoning the titual Metro setting of the first two games. And the devs should be congratulated for not repeating past glories. Does it come off though? Yes and no. There's some great stealth and shooter action in here somewhere. The lost children's tree top camp was pretty good. The weapon upgrade system, using workbenches, operates a lot the one in the like Last of Us, only not as good. It was okay most of the time, although I found it a bit confusing at other times. The story doesn't make all that much sense. The giveaway here is the interminably long cutscenes full of lengthy expositions on what's currently happening and what's about to happen. Colonel Miller is the biggest offender here; forever winging off on yet another lengthy, philosopical and dull conversation with himself about whatever. Infuriatingly, none of these cut scenes are skippable. You have to sit through them all. I would often go and grab a coffee, and hope that the NPCs had finished talking by the time I'd got back. I probably missed some important info that way, but increasingly, I started not to care. The boss scene monsters, such as giant bears and gorillas, are repetive and tiresome. There's not much strategy to fighting them. You just keep shooting and molotoving them until they go down. The game's ending is an anti-climax, with another lengthy, non-skippable cut scene. And what happened to the Dark Ones, who were such a major part of the first two games? They're not even mentioned that I can remember. I played on mix of Steam Deck and a Linux (Manjaro) desktop. There were a few save game icorruptoin ssues when syncing between the two via Steam Cloud. And the devs made the nonsense decision to sync ALL settings, not just your game progress, in Steam Cloud. So every time I switched devices, I'd have to go in and dial down the video settings for the Deck, and then dial them back up again when on my desktop. Really dumb move. Having said that, peformance on the Deck was pretty good with medium settings and 4X anti aliasing.
