Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
13 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Sep 2 → 0.29/day in the week after.

Reviews
Note: This is a review based on 100% completion of the game over 150+ hours. The internet lied to you. This game isn't bad, or soulless, or whatever else you've heard. It's actually pretty great - The single 'worst thing' about it is that it has METAL GEAR in the title, because while it might not be a good Metal Gear game, it is a good videogame. The co-op is where this game really shines. If you've ever played Dungeon Defenders, it's actually strikingly similar, but with the Fox Engine and MGSV's gameplay systems, which is a net positive. MGSV's gameplay is so exceptionally smooth, and this all directly translates to, and benefits, Survive. One particular thing that I think needs to be called out is the small, but very dedicated, PC community for this game. This is one of the friendliest, most helpful, and inclusive multiplayer communities I've come across in a long time. The co-op has a lot of little quirks and things to learn, and the willingness veteran players show to bring up new players and show them the ropes is genuinely impressive. I wouldn't normally bring this up in a review as it isn't directly related to the game itself, but it really did make that much of a positive impact on my experience. If you're curious, and you can find this game on sale for around $10, I urge you to give it a try for yourself.

13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 16: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I died to a claymore that i just placed and lost an hour of my life. Mid game made with assets from MGSV, it gets kinda repetetive very early and probably doesn't go anywhere later on. The savepoints system is very frustrating (dying form a bug can lead to you loosing an hour worth of progress and your precious life) and alt-tabing somehow leads to logging off from their system and you need to wait a couple of seconds to log in again (i couldn't log in one time and had to restart the game). Overall very mid game, not worth your time and money, they wanted to make a live-service game out of MGS and it didn't really work out, shouldn't have sacked kojima and his team.
А мне понравилась
He tomado mas agua en este juego que en mi vida actualmente 10/10
I thought people might have just been coping by saying this game was bad just because Kojima wasnt involved and it took the series in a very different direction, but no this game is absolute dogwater, I wanted to like it, I really did, but it's straight up boring and tedious, mods are avalible on nexus to make the game less annoying by removing the constant reminders to focus on your health, hunger, water, oxygen etc, but I dont even think I have the motivation to mod it, mods should be there to make a game more fun, when all any of the mods are doing is making the game less sh*t, you know you've got a stinker on your hands
underrated game
The Walking Metal Gear
I RECOMMEND 😤
Don't waste your time and money.
