Men of War II

This is the worst Men of War game in the franchise. Honestly it just seems like the devs do not know how to make anything original or fun. It is the same copy paste game and assets from the previous ones. This is just $45 worth of garbage. If you want a game like this go play Company of Heroes 3, 2, 1, or go play Men of War: Assault Squad or The Ostfront game which is just this, but somehow better even though its older. Such a waste of time and money.

Nothing like the old MoW games and i been playing men of war a good amount of years. MoW2 is i huge let down first off the game is badly optimized even for good hardware and second the story and the missions are just boring. There is just no satisfaction to play them or to even try to beat the levels i got bored after the 2nd mission. It's sad because i want to like this game but i just can't so i will stick to MoWAS 1 & 2. Yes do i like the new upgrades to the infantry and physics along with the new modes with over all quality of the game? Yes i do it's just that MoW2 is missing that feel and that style that MoWAS 1 & 2 had...

I cannot recommend this game in its current state. The scope is far narrower than the earlier entry in the series, Men of War: Assault Squad 2, with less environments, factions, weapons, units etc. The graphics are nice, but that alone cannot elevate this title from its substandard quality compared with earlier titles. I was hoping Men of War 2 would take inspiration from Call to Arms: Gates of Hell, an excellent game (inspired by modded MoW: AS 2) with similar features but leaned more towards realism. Unfortunately, the developers retained the basic arcade mechanics from earlier titles, rather than leaning further into the realism that made Gates of Hell such a strong evolution of the formula. However, I cannot fault the developers too harshly for maintaining a system the series itself is built upon. Therefore, when this game gets more investment and its scope is broadened, I will consider returning to it. For now, it is not worth a try unless you are a hardcore Men of War fan and are committed to the series, in which case you will probably enjoy this game.

Literally unplayable. Plays nothing like previous men of war game with butchered mechanics. The game is a grindfest. God forbid the enemy has 1 crew served, your entire force is wiped out instantly. And, worst of all, the game crashes every 5-10 minutes.
