Orcs Must Die! 2

According to wireshark game attempts to communicate with steam network service via ports that steam network service locked somewhat recently. Is understandable, game seemingly picks a random port from a very wide range. In layman's terms, coop is no longer functional and it's extremely unlikely it will ever work again.

A masterpiece, Orcs must die 2 took everything about the first game and turned it up to 11. More maps, more characters, more ways to slay orcs, multiplayer, cleaner graphics. The original was great, this here is what I would call a nearly perfect game for what it wants to do, its a super fun tower defense game that is accessible even to people who have never played tower defense games before. Its best enjoyed with a multiplayer partner, but can absolutely be enjoyed solo. Its a game that is just straight up fun, that looks great, is fairly polished and is cheap. On sale you can get this for like 3 bucks, thats honestly robbery for a game this good. I give orcs must die 2 my highest recommendation.

Список того що зустрінеш: • Вильоти з деяких мап після завершення - просто тому що так • Фарм платини перетворюється на окреме пекло бо кількість вбитих орків іноді просто не зараховується за вильоти • Вильоти під час нескінченних хвиль • Налаштування злітають самі по собі і повноекранний режим перетворюється на квест, а точніше аж ніяк Дуже не рекомендую цей нестабільний шмат лайна.

once great game but now it's very bad and crashes a lot

I feel the developers really need to stop turning OMD in CO-OP only not everyone wants to play with others or can play with others. So you're stuck now defending two lanes that are clearly meant for CO-OP. Making the game extremely difficulty doing it solo. So my recommendation is to download some mods from the workshop to manually balance the game. 50% extra gold and 50% cheaper traps should balance things out smoothly. Though do know that when you do this you won't be able to get achievements but who cares about that. All in all, fun game, but I wish it had the approach of OMD3 by giving us solo players atleast a little love as well instead of just branding it as a co-op game. 7/10 would've been a 9 if CO-OP wasn't forced. EDIT: !!!!! CHANGED INTO NEGATIVE AFTER FINDING OUT YOU CANNOT SAVE THE GAME WHEN YOU USE MODS WHICH DEFEATS THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF MY REVIEW BALANCING THE GAME WITH MODS !!!!!! 3/10

Fun goofy game that would be great to play with friends if it didn't constantly crash in multiplayer.

[/h1] I'll make this one short, as I've already reviewed the SAME game with a different number tag plastered over it, which is Orcs Must Die 1. Orcs must Die 2 also has this cringeworthy storyline not even worth noting... You play as basically this stupid guy (now one of TWO stupid people) who is tasked with holding the line of defense so that orcs would not go through the rifts into the world. The game is LITERALLY the same game that is its prequel; literally same graphics, same soundtrack even the same voice actors. Orcs Must Die 2 adds a couple more weapons, and more traps and it adds the dreadful TRAINTRACKS lol... Now the floors also include train track tiles and when orcs walk on them, a minecart usually sweeps them away and it's so glorious to see, and that's really about it... There is no RIGHT way to play the game, it just depends on which weapons / trinkets / traps combinations you like best... For me, that was the Arrow Guardian, crossbow and arrowhead traps with the grinder. The campaign is a couple of hours long if you know what you're doing and after you finish it, you can try your hands on Nightmare mode and a couple of other modes the game offers such as Endless, which is basically wave-based and it's a survival mode with leaderboards and whatnot. It's fun and all but at some point it got really repetitive so I decided to get a friend to play co-op Endless mode with me... and it's not as functional as the game seems to be trying to sell. It's clunky, and when a lot of big fatted Orcs are on the screen on Co-Op the game seems to become real slow and unmanageable. Orcs Must Die 2! is a [b]6/10[/b] game that I'm sure I'd forget ever playing tomorrow.
