I loved playing this with my cousin when it first came out. Tower defense games are always better with a partner to enjoy it with. A must have for sure!
It would be a lovely game, but it has been crashing to desktop in both single-player and multi-player for like 10 years now without them ever bothering to fix this. I would be very cautious with buying any game made by these devs because they DO NOT CARE at all about having a working product.
one of my fav games its gem like i said about first game but this time there is coop which is something i like alot so the same epic energy and nice experience with everything so what i like about this there is now female character and there is coop so if you have partner enjoy this while you can
11/10 played with my gf and i had soo much fun ^_^ ( she ddn't ) , reminds of plants vs zombies back in the day
Fun tower defense game where you kill hordes of orcs using traps, weapons, and artifacts. The gameplay offers plenty of variety, allowing you to approach each level with different strategies. Enemies are varied too, and some of them can completely counter your setup, which keeps the game interesting. The biggest downside is the crashing issue. I never had any problems in solo play, but co-op was a different story. The game kept crashing near wave 25 or at the end of levels. After trying a few fixes, we finally managed to reach wave 50 without crashes: [olist]
Verify the integrity of the game files on Steam.
Disable voice chat by creating a "user.cfg" file in "...\Steam\steamapps\common\Orcs Must Die 2\data\startup" and adding "-voice" to it.
Set graphics settings to low and disable V-Sync and anti-aliasing.
Let the player with the stronger PC host the game. [/olist] I’m not sure which fix actually solved the problem (I’ve heard the mic might be responsible), but it worked for us. Despite the technical issues, I had a lot of fun with the game and would still recommend it.
If you have played the first Orcs Must die I would recommend picking this one up. Simple and fun for a reasonable price. 5/10 - Good game to pick up and enjoy with a friend on the weekend.

Note : ★★★★☆
Great game that is plagued by constant crashes, with or without DLC installed. From what I have read online, this has been a serious issue since the game has launched. The developers seem to not care either, don't buy a broken game.
