Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
A cinematic third-person shooter with satisfying gunplay, innovative bullet-time mechanics, and a memorable noir story. The gameplay still holds up well overall, though there are some frustrating difficulty spikes, occasional glitchy cutscene triggers, and several annoying platforming and maze-like levels. Length: Short (8–10 hours) with little replay value due to its highly linear campaign. Technical issues: I had to install a "FixPack" (a Steam guide is available) to get the game running properly. 4 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
4 on sale11 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 11 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 4 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

games audio is still broken and the parts in the prologue make me want to just play something better that being said a classic game
Fun game, story gets you really invested, the combat is really dated and can be frustrating though. 8/10
GOAT
"I released my finger from the trigger. And then it was over." I LOVE this game, I honestly think this game for the most part has aged gracefully especially the terrifically fun gameplay. The narrative, the gameplay, the graphic novel parts of the game of course being one of my favorite parts. Each of remedy's games is really told like a different form of media. For Max Payne well it's a book and it's an amazing one. While annoying at first I also really enjoyed the nightmare sequences and it displayed the amount of trauma and "Payne" Max still lives in day by day. The selling point of this game is of course the story and it's nothing short of beautifully written. So excited to continue Max's story in the second game!!!
great game if you get the patch to fix it on modern computers
AUDIO IS MESSED UP but it IS a EASY FIX nexus has a mod for a sound patch that took me like 5 mins to install, highly suggest you get it so you can hear cutscenes and the amazing voice acting after finishing the game, i have to say great story, cool mechanics, terrible gameplay. wayyyyy too out dated. guns are not accuate and you get head shotted no matter how much dodging and slow motion you do.
Does not work but cool game
unplayable :(
This game does not work. It's broken. It used to work, but they didn't update it, and refuse to, so it's broken. Don't buy it.
