Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.

Reviews
Use to play the original game back in the day. This is the modern update and it’s awesome. All the great fun I used to have and much more. I recommend this game for anyone who likes a great turn base strategy game.
Master of Orion 1 : Simple yet good. Master of Orion 2 : Perfection. Master of Orion 3 : Yeah well... What can I say... An Ambitious project which caused the game to take a freaking lot longer to finish. Then you have Master of Orion, this version takes every good feature the first 3 versions had and did the opposite. What City Skylines did to SimCity, Stellaris did to Master of Orion. For me this game has never been worth it.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 11: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Unfortunately, I just cannot recommend this game. It looks decent, but almost everything else is mediocre or worse. The complexity mostly turns out to be niggling busywork with little in the way of actually interesting choices, the ha-ha humour gets old within an hour, the AI is so passive that after you beat it in one or two battles, it'll just settle for standing still while you roll over it planet by planet. One third of the way through the tech tree and one already feels one has seen everything the game has to offer. The worst part, sort of? While some of the things wrong with the game (like the excessive micromanagement and the passive AI) are obvious, much of the rest is just... There. It's not even broken in a way that's interesting or something one can point to, it's just that after just a few hours of gameplay, it becomes boring. And this is coming from someone for whom space strategies are their favourite game genre and who loved the original Master of Orion, so I should have been the exact target audience for this.
freezes on turn every game
To summarize: It is about 98% Moo2 and about 2% Moo3 combat system with better graphics and voice overs. Cinematic mode is great for fleet battles but you'll find managing fleet operations easier on the 2D screen (similar to Moo3) Also combat is not turn based it is basically real time strategy. Weapon cool downs for example represent turns. So ship design choice is important to that aspect. It's just as addicting as Moo2 and mods add some uniqueness to the game. Antarans are beast in this game be careful with your fleet numbers. ;) (There is a mod to change the numbers of them as well) Things I wish it had though from Moo2: 1. Instant travel from one star system to another (Jump gates don't seem to work or I just haven't figured them out yet.) 2. Cannot capture enemy ships (No Assault Shuttles, Tractor Beams, Boarding Pods/Parties) 3. Still haven't figured out yet how to get to Antares to ef them up either probably a me issue so far 4. Need a mod for OrionTechs (Particle Beams + Damper fields)
The AI in this game is an unbalanced mess. In every game, 1 AI opponent has colonized about 100 planets by turn 100. It's always like that, no matter what race. The game is completely uninteresting, which is why it doesn't give any satisfaction. You repeat the same ♥♥♥♥ over and over again.
Steam tracks too much information on the user
Do not buy this game as it is not fully developed. It has already been abandoned by the developer. For example, there are no tactical multiplayer battles between human players and there never will be any. Instead only an automatically calculated result is displayed.
What a broken, horrible mess. I will NEVER buy from Wargaming ever again. The game was apparently never supported post launch. There are several easily seen game breaking bugs.
One of my favorite games after X-COM series. I wish they would a new Master of Orion. I played these series from the first ones. Loved all of them.
