Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 24.43/day in the week to Jul 30 → 74.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Estoy a punto de platinarlo y solo llevo día y medio, el juego es un vicio y está muy bien hecho, el problema únicamente es que es demasiado corto, pero se disfruta mucho.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 29: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

In comparison to the first one (which I played on PS4), it's really quite bad. The story is truly atrocious - the whole time I was waiting for a twist that never came. Offensively milquetoast on the characters as well - Mister Negative, Doc Oc, Etc. were really fun performance pieces from the first game, so to have such a played out, tropey pair of villains in this instalment was really crap. You don't even get to beat up the actually evil one. Extremely light on content - this has been pointed out by others, but I feel it pertinent to mention that this extends to the player progression as well. There are far fewer suits and gadgets, but worse than that, they are extremely boring. In the first game, I wanted to wear all of the suits at least a little bit, and the cool factor of the designs made me want to earn them. In this game, every suit unlocks a passive ability, which is a neat idea, except for the fact that all but one have extremely small impacts on gameplay, except for one, which if you have any sense, you will equip as soon as you unlock and never take off. The only thing left is the gameplay. In terms of swinging, I think I slightly prefer the original, but it might well be a placebo in terms of difference. The venom attacks are kinda cool, sometimes, but the main way the game gets you to use them, rather than by making them integrate well into combos, is by throwing an enemy type at you that is only vulnerable to one in particular, or by demanding that you get a crazy high combo, in which case the AOEs are necessary. The truly awful part of combat are the enemies that use AOE attacks that A) do not properly communicate the area affected in the wind-up animation and B) leave a lingering hitbox that still hurts you. Your dodge doesn't even avoid it automatically, so if you're busy paying attention to dodging other attacks, attacking yourself, or the 3 different meters the game puts on your hud, you get your combo reset and take chip damage. I mostly was not having a good time.
Good game, good graphics, good combat system, alright story, brilliant over-world “spider-man app” mechanics. Would recommend as a game. The only thing I think should be noted that some may have reservations for is that it is a pretty short game. It took me 8.4 hours to complete the story, and I did a decent amount of side quests, avoided fast traveling etc. It the took me 10.8 hours (including the previous 8 hours) to get 100% on the game. I wouldn’t spend £40 on it unless you’re really invested in the spider-man games. At the time of writing it goes on 60% during every steam sale, so I’d say it is worth it then. Although it does have its improvements and I would recommend both, if you are on a budget and care about play time, the Spider-Man remastered game has more content (3-4x the hours) and a brilliant story (although the movement and combat is slightly inferior). I am also extremely disappointed the “final chapter” game seems to be exclusive to the ps6. I would definitely buy that game full price the second it came out on PC, but I can’t spend £1000 on a PlayStation 6 purely for that game. I think this is something a lot of people will agree with. I think potential players should consider this before buying these games, as they won’t get to finish the full story on a PC. Also this is a very minor nit pick but when playing with a DualShock controller, to open the “spider-man app” you swipe on the touchpad. It’s pretty cool and makes it feel just a little more immersive, very few games used this touch pad and I thought it was neat. This is marked as “great on deck”, I think it would’ve been cool if they did the same swipe motion with the steam deck’s touchpad as they did on the dual shock controller.
again, ♥♥♥♥ Sony and most of the other big publishers but aside from that overall 8/10 The game is quite a bit shorter and more compact than the first one however a lot better in my opinion. Especially the story. Its much more enjoyable and i just had an easier time connecting with the characters. You can tell it was made during the whole marvel "woke" era tho, not that it took anything away from the game, it just felt like they had a checklist they needed to complete. One thing i didnt like tho was, unless i missed it, Miles' powers. Dont get me wrong playing with them was really fun but how it would fit into the lore/story was strange to me. Why wouldnt Peter also have them? Anyways, gameplay-wise everything was the same obviously since it was already really nice in the first game. They changed some stuff here and there a little bit for example both spidermen have different movements and animations. Miles feels clumsier but not as stiff as Peter which makes sense.
