Great game to play to chill, it has simple combat mechanics but rewards you for using the right teammate abilities or weapon elements in different situations, which creates variety. Abilities and weapon elements also unlock over time so you get a sense of progression. Interaction with the environment/map is rich, and littered with some puzzles which are not overly challenging. Has a decent storyline, impressive visuals that can still run great on weaker/older hardware, and comedic interactions between team members and with other characters (Space Llama is the goat). The only thing I dislike is the 'huddle' mechanic which I feel disrupts and takes time away from actual combat. Music selection is awesome. Star Lord here has a pretty distinct personality from the MCU's Star Lord but if you're a fan of the movies you'll probably like this game too!

ograłem wszystkie 16 epizodów i... klimat oraz humoreska utrzymana zgodnie z filmami... często można zaśmiać się z sarkazmu dialogów prowadzonych przez postacie... jedyne co jest na duży minus to bagi a jest ich sporo, zdarzały się nawet takie, gdzie fabuła się nie zaczytała i zapadało się pod podłogę widząc cały obszar poziomu wraz z przeciwnikami a jedynym możliwym przejściem dalej było wyłączenie gry i zaczytanie poziomu nagle działało.... utknięcie gdzieś między platformami też było częste.... kompani którzy nagle postanowili nie iść dalej a byli potrzebni do odkrycia przejścia... jeśli ktoś to przezwycięży będzie bawił się świetnie!!!

Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy is less about saving the universe and more about damaged people accidentally becoming a family. The combat is entertaining but repetitive, the exploration is linear, and most upgrades are forgettable. Fortunately, none of these systems is the real reason to play. [b]The heart of the game lives aboard the Milano.[/b] It is hidden in background conversations, terrible jokes, personal objects and arguments that continue even when Star-Lord leaves the room. Every destination feels like another track on a mixtape recorded at the end of the world. [i]You are not commanding four abilities. You are trying to keep five broken people moving in approximately the same direction.[/i] The choices rarely transform the plot, but they make you participate in this dysfunctional little family—and that works surprisingly well. I rarely write reviews but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this game... It is full of bugs and crashes. The game often freezes and have to force close it, after which it freezes the entire PC. Just as I am starting to enjoy the banter and the gameplay this POS freezes. Either fix the crap or stop selling it, ffs. The story seems nice and gameplay is fun, too. But the bugs are unbearable. If you are on Windows 11, considering sailing the seas to test if it will work on your PC or not first before buying. Out of 66 minutes of my playtime, about 40 minutes were spent to diagnose and try to fix the bugs. [b] This game does not receive any updates despite its failing compatibility with newer Windows versions. Buy ONLY if on sale. [/b]
