MakeRoom is a great cozy game for building and decorating rooms and creating different kinds of environments. You have surprisingly many options of furniture and if you want something different, you can build something of your own with the shapes and items already in the game. The controls are a little unintuitive imo but I am sure you quickly get used to them if you spend more time with the game.
