Mahou Arms

Buying through steam is effectively not getting the whole game, as their unique launcher for that is one of the dev's patreon rewards. Surprised me after buying it, don't let it surprise you unless you already know this.

Dead in the water, abandoned and used to hook folks into their patreon for additional H-scenes. Runs poorly, plays poorly, janky animations. Originally purchased way back because the dev seemed like they were striving for stylish action game, but it's been long enough I feel comfortable warning people away from it.

I had high expectations for Mahou Arms, but after following its development for 5 years, I have to admit that the game is still barely different from its early access release. Many core features remain incomplete. While the graphics and art style are beautiful, they cannot compensate for the development issues. Most of the positive reviews come from fans who love the art style or from old reviews that do not reflect the current state of the game. In summary: the game is not fully playable yet, and I cannot recommend purchasing it at this time, even if you enjoy the art.

这是什么电子垃圾？以前有幸看到过学习版没成想后面居然上正版平台了，我二话没说就买了当作支持。 现在回来一看这尼玛还在抢先体验，关卡制不说优化还贼垃圾还特么连个翻译都没有。你这不是欺负老实人吗？ 你以为我在乎这点钱吗？你特么这是一点诚信都没有！拿着这钱去买两斤洗给你玛吃。

[h1] A waste of time and money [/h1] The combat is ok but there's only 4 combos for each character for the entire game from what i can tell and the characters would just not attack either its a bug or a feature either way kinda left a negative impression. The level design is way to open for me personally no outfits or an outfit system from 2 hours of gameplay i didn't reach if it even is there and the gameplay I've seen from reviews looks to be identical from 5 years ago. 6 Chapters 2 characters 5 enemies i think and 0 outfits overall just lack of content for 40$ id say no if there were any reviews out that weren't from half a decade ago. If it was 20$ instead i wouldn't be refunding it also a personal gripe is only being able to save after like 30-50 minutes. If you have the money to spend i guess but wait for a sale al least 50% so you can get it for 20$ never managed to get to the dating sim part so i cant tell you about it. But i can tell the devs do care somewhat so please add a customization system it goes a long way make more combos like in pirate warriors and only have the second character appear when she is relevant to the story. Again i cannot stress this enough this isn't a 40$ game i took a chance and got baited by mid

如果是2020年我会打好评，但现在已经是2026年了 建模渲染动作真得升级一下了吧，六年时间不知道更新到什么地方去了 每次启动总会让我产生今年还是2020年自己刚买这游戏的错觉（

It's taken nearly half a decade so far but I do like the gameplay. The lewds are fine, it's not that big a deal and the rhythm game is kinda silly but it's okay. I hope they finish the game before I die. It's still got potential but they went radio silent for like 2 years it feels like. Would not recommend unless it's on a hefty sale, but I do like it a lot.

Don't expect a game that is in God of War level of refinement, or if you must have a finished game, don't buy. Pros: The art style, UI and backgrounds are very very good, also the feel of hitting is on the spot if more sound effect are baked within. Cons: Underneath it is a game where the stage design, pace, are not good. Enemy balance is very bad because they are durable and they hurt, and they come in groups that are not reasonable making the pace very bad. Conclusion: From my guess, this game is understaffed, and will take at very least another 3 years to be a good one.

No estado atual de Mahou Arms não posso recomendar mas vale muito ficar de olho nesse jogo. Por estar em acesso antecipado ainda falta muita coisa fazer, como colocar mais fases/capítulos (ate agora tem 4 cap. e 2 extras), melhorar a péssima otimização, refina mais a gameplay, adicionar vozes (já confirmado) dentre outros pequenos ajustes. Porem o preço que cobrão é bem alto, levando em conta o estado do jogo, e atualmente em promoções ele não fica muito mais que 30% Off, e provavelmente haverá aumento com mais conteúdo adicionado ou quando sair do acesso antecipado.
