Was A masterpiece of a story with a beautiful new scenery and a new take on the series. It is a slow burn, expressing the hardship and events of a man joining the mafia also finding forbidden love, it is dialogue heavy and sometimes felt like I was watching a movie, which seemed to have me invested not for those who are looking for a open sand box, worth to play but, would recommend for a sale 𝓑𝓤𝓕𝓕𝓨 𝓐𝓟𝓟𝓡𝓞𝓥𝓔𝓓 ✓

Jogo mal otimizado e muito curto. 17h para finalizar. O mapa é bonito, a região, etc. "Mundo aberto", história linear, jogabilidade repetitiva (matar geral na furtividade, afiar a faca, repetir o processo).
Pretty fun actually, a single player game and rich in story, if you are a campaign/story mode type of guy, would reccomend.
Dit spel zou niet in 2026 mogen uitkomen... 0 vrijheid. Je speelt gewoon een compleet afgelijnde campaign, je kan geen keuzes maken. Het verhaal is redelijk goed maar te kort en tegelijk ook te lang gerokken. De controls zijn erbarmelijk, een schande dat ik hiervoor zoveel geld heb betaald. Schandalig dat dit in de Mafia-reeks zit.

amazing game, worth addition to Mafia series
a way better than Mafia 3 its very similar to Maria 1 remake, in many ways (except longiness) that landscapes, locations, and characters are very well designed, visuals are great in this game the music isnt just not disturbing, but matches with the mood of the moment very well even the story feels good, characters' lore is well presented, almost every of them is quite memorable yes it is not as long as i expected, but its still a good experience waiting for the dlc now optimisation could be better, especially after almost a year after release, but i got 4k 60-90 fps on my setup, which is mostly decent experience

If you're a fan of Mafia I & II's story, this game feels like the right piece to make the real Mafia Trilogy. Mafia 3 had its flaws but was a fun time and had some exceptional world design. that said, it always felt like it didn't belong in the mafia series narratively, despite its merits. This however plays out a great cinematic and emotional prequel digging into the origins of these crime families well before they break land into Empire Bay in Mafia 1 & 2. Spoiler: My one big criticism [spoiler] My one complaint is the end mission kills the pacing and gameplay. I totally get what they were going for and as a plot point its just as deserving to stand next to the finale of the other 2 games. but did we really have to do that kind of boss fight and forced stealth section to end this fantastic game? [/spoiler]
