Mafia II: Definitive Edition

First time playing this game and it was great! 1940s era is my favourite! It's unfortunate there's no free roam mode and I did enjoy the jolly good music in this game as well. I remember seeing this in a gaming magazine back in 2010 but I wasn't that well off as a kid back then so couldn't play much new games. 10/10 definitely recommend playing if you love the 1940s-1950s era! B)

My PC is 10 years old and basically on life support, for a 2020 remaster im happy to get like 200 fps with the remastered edition and it looks amazing. Would play this over GTA 4 any day. Its a whole interactive movie with amazing performance and visuals.

So... WHAT THEY DID TO MY BOY VITO?? WHY HE'S EYES LIKE THIS? and after this crisis lets go to the main plot, its mafia 2 but a slightly pitched up graphics for the sacrifice of PEOPLE'S DAMN EYES? Been there like 40 minutes and encountered a bunch of bugs(people walking without going anywhere etc) I can't understand how a remake can be worse than the original. Anyway if you didn't play the original give it a try cause story is actually excellent(they fix the symbols from the original at least now b1 is y on controller), if you actually played the original ,don't touch it (funny thing saves transfer for classic and definitive so you can get all the achievements twice without playing it twice) Overall is a no recommend.

Это ужасно. Это просто ужасно. Я не знаю, всё тоже самое, что десяток лет назад, когда я ещё подростком играл в эту легендарную и замечательную игру, но так ещё и оптимизировано ужасно, какие-то баги, которые прям бросаются в глаза, ломая атмосферу. Странно то, что у меня лагает буквально целый час игры не прекращая, я буквально на днях играл в RDR2 на 2к разрешении и всё высокое стабильно всё было абсолютно и было 80 ФПС, здесь при всех условиях (игра буквально такая же какой была десяток лет назад) у меня 80-90 ФПС по каким-то причинам и всё работает нестабильно. Обидно как-то даже, ведь та Мафия 2 в которую я играл подростком была реально замечательной и волшебной, ностальгической, но это точно не то, что может вызвать что-то положительное.
