Earn them from both clicking manually and idling, gaining hearts per clicks or seconds. Clicking on the drawing earns you the hearts to proceed to the next level. There isn’t much substance in the game as this is pretty much all you do. With other clicker games there may be additional minigames and whatnot or at least a story, however there is nothing extra here. Additionally, the levels themselves, especially the later ones, takes so many hearts to accumulate that it becomes extremely tedious. The hardest achievement to earn is to acquire 10 billion hearts which would take way too long to do manually. I’d recommend using an autoclicker for this game. The several drawings of characters/girls are well drawn, though the animation of the sexual acts and intercourse aren’t very fluid. Also, the d*ng of the male characters at times do look quite ugly and grotesque. Though a neat feature of the game is the gallery section where you can replay the animations that have been observed and unlocked. While the price isn’t very expensive, it is more than what I’d pay for the game. I would probably recommend it for a few dollars. Overall, it is an ok game but it isn’t very exciting and without much substance. So pick it up on a sale or if you really want to play a hentai clicker game.

While the artwork is good this game becomes tedious very quickly. Game would also be improved if there were "release" shots after completing each level

I enjoy the click game aspect with slowly changing hentai clips. I like the detail to noble woman having a lil hair on her nip and her elbow. I was on that screen long enough, to pay attention to the small details. Enjoyed the game!
