Me encantó!

Not even gonna do a bit for this one. First half of the game is fantastic and second half takes a dip. Shouldn't have given the player a speed and jump boost man
im so sad that i put this off for so long. might be the best game ive played this year
This game is for a very specific type of person. If you happen to actually be that type of person (like I am), then it will hit incredibly well. It has in fact, become one of my all-time favorites. This game is geared towards people who enjoy precision platformers. Another of my favorite games of all time is Mirror's Edge and while this game is much more difficult, it also scratches a similar itch. There's not really anything else out there quite like Lorn's Lure, even if the game is not for everyone. Additionally, Lorn's Lure has a nice thick atmosphere that helps give its unique identity which is one of its core selling points. Of note, the game has a massive difficulty spike towards the end. If you're willing to restart a chapter later on, you can enable Explore Mode which essentially makes this game more casual friendly while removing some more stressful sections. Explore Mode also completely changes about 80% of the last chapter and the ending of the game, so be sure to play that chapter on both difficulties to see everything.
pretty good! I understand all the complaints about the last chapter but I did not find the last mechanic unreliable, I just thought it was unbearably hard, and the very very last part of the level was just super annoying. I really appreciate the effort to make every level unique enough to warrant their existence, and the creativity it took to make the level seem natural, like most platforms in the way forward make sense within the context of the setting like the cliffs, the pipes. some very unorthodox paths which I thought were just for a hidden collectable ended up being the way forward so it can get very confusing on where to go (although i found out mid chapter 5 that you can trigger a waypoint so you know where to go, wouldve taken a lot more time playing through the last chapters without it) Overall 8/10, hope to see more from this dev, preferrably in the same style! love megastructure exploration games
Sad to see people get frustrated after 20 minutes, uninstall the game, and then go back to doomscrolling. Give it another try, don't brute force it, you will learn to enjoy it once you get the hang of it.
