Hardcore and realistic; LiF is a Medieval multiplayer sandbox RPG, with free terraforming, a rich crafting system and preset and modular building construction. With engaging survival aspects, no target physics-based combat and a unique formation system - along with numerous other features - LiF is not for the faint of heart!

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Sep 1 → 0.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Had this game in my library.... Suddenly it vanished and now they expect me to pay AGAIN?! NOPE!
Why am I reviewing this game now even though I haven't played it in several years? Because my friend still brings it up whenever I recommend a game to him. "I dunno Dan, you told me to buy Life is Feudal and that game was the biggest piece of crap I've ever wasted money on". This game permanently destroyed my credibility. That's how bad it is.

Life is Feudal: Your Own is one of the most frustratingly brilliant games I’ve ever played. There’s nothing else quite like it. The way you can shape the land itself — not just place buildings, but actually dig, flatten, carve and mine — gives it a level of realism and ownership that most games don’t even attempt. Every swing of a shovel or pickaxe matters. Progress is slow, sometimes painfully slow, but that’s exactly why it feels meaningful. When you finally look at a piece of land you’ve shaped or a structure you’ve built, it genuinely feels earned. That’s where the magic is. This isn’t a game about instant rewards or ticking off objectives — it’s about creating something real over time. You’re not a hero, you’re just someone trying to build a life, and that grounded feeling is what makes it so immersive. But at the same time… it’s rough. The bugs, the clunkiness, the occasional weird behaviour with terrain or building — they’re impossible to ignore. You can feel that the game was incredibly ambitious, maybe even too ambitious for the tech behind it. At times it feels like it’s held together by sheer willpower, and that can be frustrating when things don’t work the way they should. And yet, despite all that, it’s still incredibly compelling. For me, the biggest draw is the terraforming and mining. Slowly carving out a space in the world, knowing it will stay that way, is something no other game has quite managed to replicate. That sense of permanence and effort is rare, and it’s what keeps pulling me back. Life is Feudal isn’t a polished experience, and it probably never will be. But what it offers — that feeling of shaping a world with your own hands — is something special. If it ever had modern polish and stability, it would easily be one of the best games ever made. Even as it stands, it’s a flawed but genuinely unique experience that hits in a way nothing else does.
I have played 1,500 hours of Life is Feudal. That's like 62.5 days. It is equivalent to 9 months on a 40 hour work week job. I like it. I like running my own server for it, too.
I was browsing through my game list, looking for something to play, and I remembered how much I hated this game. So I wrote this "review."
Игра мертва на этом всё , официальных серверов нету , над игрой никто не работает , живёт только из за стима и игроков которые оплачивают и держат свои сервера , а хозяин сидит на бали и лутает донаты с покупки этой помойки .
Just no. It has good features. But solo it's awful. I haven't seen any animals at all and npc's don't exist. Everything is slow.
If you get into the right server it is a nice relaxing game.
last time i played this was Nov 25th 2015... until today. Seems if many updates have been made but the game still comes off as using controls and methods that are unconventional. that said graphics are ok and may be interesting for those who play in groups. as a single player game i would not recommend it.
