Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Sep 1 → 0.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Saxxon [developer] Posted: 11 Nov, 2014 @ 4:06pm We have responded with this information to the reviewer in the hopes that any confusion may be addressed and what is written here be re-evaluated in light of these facts. The game has been extremely successful selling over 100,000 copies in the first month alone, so of course this game will be a complete stand alone finished product projected to reach final release in Q3 2015. It defies any logical reasoning why a person or company would not complete a project that has been this successful. A few seem to get confused and seem to think this is just to fund the mmo version. The confusion comes from some outdated information that has changed thru the development process "which has been corrected", and the fact that this game Life is Feudal:Your Own utilizes and shares 90% of the code the MMO version will have. For some reason few seem to think because of this we will just abandon this game and develop the mmo. As I pointed out in the paragraph above this would defy logic and of course we will complete this game. This will remain a feature complete stand alone game and the MMO will be a completely separate game. We actually expect many to fully enjoy this game and with full modding support we expect it to have a long life as a great 64 player version of Life is Feudal that will be around for many years to come. As a bonus of purchasing this game you will receive a free permanent character in the MMO version of Life is Feudal as well which will have a free trial, but is a buy to play massive MMO holding a projected 10,000 players per server. The bonus of both titles sharing 90% of the same codebase is we are literally working on both projects at once so of course based on the popularity of this 64 player version and the completion projected in Q3 2015 will allow us to apply the work done directly to the MMO version greatly speeding up development time and release of the MMO as well. Thanks for taking the time to read, The Dev Team http://steamcommunity.com/id/leewells2000/recommended/290080 So much for that... Abandoned, never finished. It's an amazing concept, a truly great idea for a game. You can do plenty of things, but it will take incredible amounts of hours - if you don't team up with someone, you won't achieve anything. Unfortunately the game primarily boils down to neverending grinding, you click on something and then watch a loading bar. Then you repeat that another hundred times, go empty your inventory then repeat, forever. It's very tedious, pretty boring but when the work is finally complete you feel accomplished. The environment is great, music is great, you get a feeling of having your own plot of land and you really care for it after all the time invested into it. You're a true medieval peasant/tribesman. But that's not the problem. The problem is that developers abandoned this game, they took this solid game which needed some tweaking to be made more fun and tried to make an MMO out of it. They failed horribly, it's hard to describe how terrible their fail was. Somewhere between amazingly stupid ideas like having to spend real money on leaving the tutorial island with every character you create and the game being a bug-ridden nightmare that's unplayable and that you can't do literally anything in if you weren't part of a massive clan, they managed to kill it. What happened to Life is Feudal: Your Own though? They never came back to it and never will, it is what it is, an unfinished and unpolished game that could've been great. It will soon die completely and be forgotten. Thanks Bitbox Ltd.

Short: This game is very special and definitely not for casual players. But once you start figuring things out and building useful tools, you will start to fall in love with this game. So if you're looking at this game and wondering if the price tag will be worth your time,
you should ask yourself the following questions:
1) Do you definitely want to play a more advanced version of Minecraft? 2) Are you definitely willing to spend a bunch of time learning, building, and accumulating resources to see even minimal results? 3) Are you just looking for something to waste an hour or two on every day or so?
And if the answer to all the questions is “no”, then this game is definitely not for you.
Because in this game, thanks to its excessive realism and specificity, you will have to spend dozens of hours on the same actions without a clear result, and safely multiply this time by two if you play alone without a team. This game is akin to meditation, and definitely this type of gameplay - very, very slow all over meditative gameplay - will not suit everyone at all. It didn't work for me. An extremely specific experience...
last time i played this was Nov 25th 2015... until today. Seems if many updates have been made but the game still comes off as using controls and methods that are unconventional. that said graphics are ok and may be interesting for those who play in groups. as a single player game i would not recommend it.
devs took the money and ran on day 1 it seems, they initially promised a lot but it's just clanky garbage.
Never buy this devs games. They abandon them whilst still half built.
So much potential but the devs killed the game.
Lacks a lot of QoL updates that exists in Life is Feudal: Arden. Arden however, lacks the whole singleplayer aspect that Your Own has. If Arden had singleplayer or Your Own had Arden's QoL updates, it would be a great game..
Abandoned. Dead. Was barely playable to begin with.
Dont. Abandoned.
