The biggest puzzle in this game is trying to find a way to not crash in the first 10 minutes
Legend of wasted time on RPG maker games.
I played this game for one hour, so It may be good later. But, I don't have the patience. This game could be named "The errand boy simulator" because the only thing I did was to go fetch whatever anybody wanted, and even that was linear. I quit when the guy sent me to bring him some soup for lunch. Is this really necessary? Can't you start the game with something interesting? And user interface is lacking. You should add some shortcuts for (I)nventory, (Q)uests, (E)quipement... instead of going through the menu using arrow keys every time. The same goes for guess the number mini-game. It could be simple as write number, press enter, write number... But no, it is write number, press down, press submit, press up, backspace backspase, write number...
I don't recommend this game at all after you talk to the fisherman you hear a windows error sound and the game crashes there's also a big box of commands that covers a portion of the screen when you talk to someone. Its a waste of money don't buy it.
The Story itself is actually very interesting. Its about people who strand on an island and cant remember anymore how they got there. Our Protagonist is one of those stranded persons. I really do like those Pixel-RPG Games. But the Leveldesign could be better...You wont really know on the screen in what direction u can walk and in what not, so walking along the edges is sometimes the result. I couldnt open an ingame menu to check on controls. As i got the Fishing Rod parts, i simply had no idea how to open an inventory to build it, nor did i see some kind of workbench where i could press the Enter Key. I simply have no idea how to build it. I might give it another try and change my review because the story got my attention.
Seems interesting but crashes after 5 mins of gameplay so...

Is this a joke? Like, seriously. Almost half of the config menu options crash the game when selecting them, so we're already off to a great start. I crashed when talking to the fisherman, 2nd NPC I saw. I crashed looking under rocks for worms for the fisherman. I've literally crashed more often than minutes I've tried to play this. (The time spent past this initial 15 minutes was just idling for cards) There's much better use of my time than wasting it trying to avoid crashes everywhere. Maybe they should've just used the much more stable RPGMaker engine instead of trying to make their own that looks so much like it.
Hey guys, first of all I really like those games - RPG old school pixel graphic games are the best. BUT I tried to give this game a serious chance, but I stopped counting the crashes, cause there were to many. Look in the config = crash. Talk to the fisherman = crash. Change an option = crash. But not anything was bad, the idea behind this game might be good and hey you can run through the trees, that's amazing. I cannot recommend the game, maybe they will bugfix it one day, maybe not. Will definitely delete it from my steam library.
Please. Make the pain stop.
