The game has a lot of work left to do, but as of this time, it is still very early in Early Access. I was almost put off by the negative reviews. However, I can tell you that from my perspective, the complaints that I read are from people that just suck at the game. Can't figure out how to fuse items, can't figure out level 3 (seriously the easiest/quickest level with the only rule being, don't let the monster catch you)... they are kind of absurd reviews for a game. Whether or not you should buy it should depend more on whether you really like this type of game and are OK with it being very unfinished at this point or if you should just wait and see how it develops before deciding.
This is an early access game with loads of potential.
I've been following this game for a number of months through its demo and mass playtest, and I have to say that I'm impressed! The community is very excited for this game, and the Devs are passionate and committed. We're seeing new updates often, and they're really listening to the community. When most of the comunity wanted something, the devs got it done! I'm looking forward to seeing how they continue to improve, implement changes, new spells, gear, backpack pieces, levels, characters, the lot! They've got a solid space being utilised for feedback, suggestions, and to see how they're going with it within their discord. One thing they don't seem to be overly focussed on is the very short story which was teased at the begining of the game, and between levels. While I don't expect some novel, I loved the snippets I've seen and the art style too. So, I'd love the ability to "replay" the story (so far) through the front menu whenever I needed a little remider. That all being said, this is not a story driven game.
All in all, I recommend this game in its early access state, and can't wait to see where they go from here
First off I would like to say I got this game free from a giveaway hosted by AlphaTheTitan on his Twitch channel. Initially I found the game really quite difficult and I have played a lot of similar games and completed them 100%. But I see that as a good thing. Upon clearing levels multiple times to get drops and better items I was easily able to make progress onto the further levels. I'm currently on the last one and just need to farm and create more powerful items in order to get past this. I look forward to what is coming next. The main thing I have to say about this game is that there is no tutorial or really much instruction on what to do. This really hinders you when trying to figure out the crafting system. As far as I can tell you have to match items in your backpack and take them into a level and get a certain amount of mana or something, I'm not entirely sure. Hopefully with further development they will add in a bit of instruction or tutorial on what exactly needs to be done. I can see myself playing this game on and off as it develops and I actually quite enjoy the storyline that's in place so far. I like how it's shown in almost comic type and would have loved there to have been some voice acting there. I think the game is well worth it's current price and I feel I will get plenty of enjoyment out of it.

super fun. reminds me of garbage games. 4th level is impossible. i keep coming back.
I've gone past the 15min mark on the last mission so i'm happy with that and will now wait for futur updates. The game is still in progress so i'll only juge when it's finished. It lacks an almanach for already found recipes, a scrapping mechanism for excess equipement (i have more than 15 swords lol), the UI bugged out on the first mission and there is some visual glitch sometimes. On the plus side, i think mobs damage and spell damage is well balanced and the character lvl is promising (i can't wait to use my 19 lvl ! ) Keep going with the game it's already pretty good.
A stunning game. Makes you think about how you place your weapons, items, and armour. cannot wait to see what comes in the future thank you alpha
It's a really fun and fairly challenging game in the style of Vampire Survivors. It gives you plenty of choice in skills and their modifications while going through the dungeons and has interesting equipment management with movable slots, items interacting with each other to boost stats further and a crafting mechanic where you combine items to create new ones. Altogether it creates nice variety and gives lots of room to experiment with different builds, which makes you want to jump right back in after beating a level (or failing to do so). The graphics and art direction are also pleasant to the eye. Player's attacks work visually in contrast with a bit more toned down colours of locations and are almost all color coded so you don't get lost in the waves of enemies, even when they swarm you from every direction. An exception I've noticed was the Black Hole upgrade to the Vortex spell, which can obscure enemies and big chunks of the map to player's eyes if it becomes too big. I think making the effect's visuals slightly more transparent would go a long way in making it more enjoyable to use. Overall the game shows a lot of promise - it's engaging, aesthetically pleasing and serves a good bit of challenge without feeling too overwhelming. There are currently 4 different locations to play through, the first two of which are more open and quite similar to each other in terms of layout. The third one is a bridge area that plays different to the rest and incentivises use of different spells than the first two. The fourth one is basically an endless stream of enemy waves, good for farming and testing out different builds. It would be great to see more areas with various layouts added in the future, and I'm curious how the character mechanics are going to develop. Will definitely keep checking in on this one as the updates keep rolling out :)
Nices Game, hoffentlich kommen die Updates schnell rausgefeuert.
