Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Undiagetic, modern characterisations and plot. Does not remotely feel like a coherent or interesting world or story. I can only imagine the positive reviewers are being very forgiving or superficial. The art is nice though.

A good game but frustrating that you only really know what you are doing when it's virtually over so I will have to play this again sometime.
Nice story. Great voice acting. 90s point and click detective game style. There are some choices while solving cases. No puzzles. You can feel there is a world - cases are connected a little bit, you read about cases in newspaper. I really liked it. I am not a fun of pixel art but I liked this one.
I enjoyed this game, it looks like a 90s point and click... but it's much more of a narrative that mostly focuses on investigating through dialog. The dynamic of the detective and his partner works really well and I found the narrative interesting. However, it feels lacking in puzzles. There are more fascinating detective-like games out there... which is why even though I enjoyed the game, there are other games I would recommend first.
It's... alright. I'd give this a neutral rating if that was a thing. The general concept of a PAC detective game in a steampunk setting is great, and overall the cases are interesting with a good amount of twists and turns. There's some nice world-building in there with fully fledged voice-acting and somewhat of an over-arching plot. But there are a few things that could be better and/or are lacking. There were plenty of times when I knew who the culprit was before obtaining all the clues/testimonies, but had to go through very linear set avenues of conversation or clues in order to unlock these deductions. The cases became very predictable in terms of gameplay too, in that
an initial framing of the case happens (suspect 1), then the plot thickens (suspect 2), and then things are properly put together (suspect 3, i.e. the correct one).
And this only reaffirmed who the culprit really was without any kind of satisfaction or immersion. Being locked out of the rest of the case thanks to one wrong response was also very frustrating, especially when there were clear outstanding leads to pursue. The voice-acting at times can be really forced/over-acted which just made me want to skim-read what they were saying and skip over the audio. Your colleague's witticisms are funny at times, but the rest of the time can be a load of pointless cringeworthy filler. He also has to interject with *everything* which takes away a lot of being able to deduct things yourself during a conversation. I'd still recommend this game for a neat little detective game set in the steampunk era, if that's your sort of vibe. But definitely wait until it's on sale.
Really enjoyed playing through this game multiple times. It has a fantastic cause and effect system with the choices you make having significantly different outcomes from convicting an innocent person to making the case unsolvable.
A great game! The overall playing experience is excellent - 5 Stars! The worldbuilding, characters and narrative are brilliant. A lot of work and thought went into this. The mystery solving is very good - 4 stars. Definitely better than most in the genre. I love that you can accuse the wrong person or even declare a case unsolvable. There are some flaws, like choosing the wrong response to a character means they won't talk to you, cutting off a whole line of investigation. I recommend playing it once *without* commentary, to avoid spoilers, and then a second time with commentary, to appreciate the game to the full.
Neat little who-dun-it, story is well written. not really your classic adventure game, more of an interactive story. it has a few dead ends if you're not paying attention and following all the leads. some of your actions have some effect on the narrative. Was a good story, gameplay is approximately 8-10 hours, none of the puzzle are illogical or difficult,
So, this is less a mystery or detective game as much as it is a visual novel with some pixel manipulation elements. It starts strong, and the metaplot is engaging and very fully realized for the first three cases of the game. I wanted to finish it, and I felt very good playing the game, but the ending or really the last third felt rushed and inconsistent. The grand finale or confrontation, avoiding spoilers is decidedly anticlimactic and leaves much to be desired. Yes, you will understand some of the motives very well, and some of them will remain absolutely obscure even with a guide. I enjoyed the thorough detail in programming, and the careful course correction and opportunities if for whatever reason you remain unable to solve a given mystery. I will say that the game sometimes did not realize when you had completed certain tasks, making your objective list slightly untrustworthy. I will say also that one of the cases involves a pixel hunting nightmare on a gothically dark screen, and even though thimbleweed Park made that an era defining joke, it's not fun when you encounter it in real time. The voice acting and backgrounds were phenomenal, as was the soundtrack. I think we are still seeing the genesis of grundislav games, and I am excited to play their future offerings because I have no doubt that their epic, whatever form it takes, will be absolutely worth it. Recommended.
