The most unique horror experience ive ever had This game is honestly great the problem is the length. Its pretty short, only 3-4 hours max if you go for 100% but normal playthrough is probably around 1.5-2 hours. If youre looking for an interesting experience then pick this game up but if youre looking for value its probably better you look somewhere else
generational game. it's extremely well made and very fun to play ^_^ runs well even on my terrible laptop
All in all, имба
KinitoPET is the next step in fourth wall breaking horror. The game impressed me from every standpoint. First off, the idea of a web helper that secretly acts like a virus isn't necessarily new. BonziBuddy was essentially the same concept, a virus disguised as a friendly desktop assistant. KinitoPET starts with that idea but turns it into something much more interesting. Kinito isn't just malware. He's an artificial intelligence that clings to the player because you're the only thing he knows is real, leading him to fight for your attention no matter what. Now, this concept itself isn't entirely unique. Games like IMSCARED and Doki Doki Literature Club have already explored fourth wall breaking horror. Where KinitoPET surpasses them, in my opinion, isn't through its story but through how it uses horror.
Around 70 percent of the game is essentially a way to gather information about you so it has more ways to manipulate you. Even trying to involve your Steam friends and other personal details isn't just brilliant, it's genius.
If I had to find something bad about the game, I honestly couldn't. It doesn't overstay its welcome, it never becomes cheesy in its approach to horror, and it constantly finds new and unique ways to unsettle the player. Sure, the overall story isn't completely original, but it builds on those ideas so well that it more than earns its place. Overall, I think KinitoPET is a must play for any horror fan. I can't emphasize enough how great this game is.
really well made game. a simple yet horrifying concept of what malware could do to your computer should you let it. ending was incredibly emotional.
Funny axolotl took over my pc, leaked my address, and made a game just for me. 10/10 would recommend.
he said my big ass was delicious. kinito i love you but not in that way leave me alone
good
KinitoPet is pretty short but very well made. The way it plays with the retro look has something off about it from the very beginning and once the more direct horror starts you never feel comfortable playing this.
