A unique hybrid between turn-based tactical games and traditional, character-centric RPGs. Knight's Tale is a modern retelling of a classic Arthurian mythology story filtered through the dark fantasy tropes, a twist on the traditional tales of chivalry.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.29/day in the week to Sep 14 → 1.8/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 22: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

This is a pretty fun game if you like King Arthur mythology. The tactical combat is mostly just alright and the voice acting/writing can be a bit awkward, but it's still fun to build a party of knights from Arthurian myth.
Developers take on grimdark isn't entirely convincing and they also assume you have previous knowledge of Arthurian legends... but the core of the game, the tactical system itself? Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy, that's a pure gold.
Nothing short of brilliant. This is what I was hoping Baldur's Gate 3 was. About survival and can we make it. I label this as a cross between Diablo/Wasteland/Excalibur. Very good if you are older and don't want to worry about how fast you can click the button.

Overall good tactics game. The inbetween missions items are not very deep (city building, events), but do add to okay decision making. The fighting is good. I found it challenging initially on hard, then get a bit easy. Going up to very hard does seem to good spot if wanting to get the most out of the games systems. Voice acting is all over the place.
Mordred uses a spear in the cutscene, just like in the excalibur movie, in the game he uses a sword and shield and that cannot be changed. He is right handed in the cutscene but left handed in the game, in fact everyone except for the 2-handed weapon wielders seems to be left handed.( this is not game breaking but is annoying). I get the feeling they screwed up something in the coding that mirrored everyones stance and were just like, ahhh screw it.... this may be a plus to you if you are left handed yourself or want to play a left handed hero though to be fair. By itself it would not have bothered me much but with the other annoyances it started to grate on me, also i just feel like it should be mentioned weather you care or not. The minimap and regular map is god awful, there is no compass and it is difficult to tell which direction you are facing. Instead of being interesting exploration is just a chore, hug the left or right wall if you don't want to get lost... but you will constantly run into invisible walls anyways that you have to go around. Some paths that look like you can traverse you just can't for inexplicable reasons. This game would have been better if they just didn't add this aspect at all, it can look nice but that's about it.. it just wastes your time. Also it seems like entering some battles just changes whatever camera angle and orientation you were just using for exploration.. so you had "some idea" of where you were and where you were going but now you do not. Because of the lack of a compass I found myself never wanting to change the camera angle to look around, even though it would be a lot easier to open that door or target some enemy if I turned it. Itemization for a turn based strategy is terrible, you equip runes like some kind of korean mmo. Most of these runes are not very interesting. Your character models never change ( not even just the weapon you are holding).. it is super low effort. There are skill trees but 2/3 of it is locked and blank until points are spent, you cannot plan ahead for what you want to build.( although it does look like you can pay gold to respec later on). Enemies have extra blue / orange health bars and you are never told why. Some of them just come back to life with another health bar. Your armor value gives you damage mitigation but attacks "randomly"( randomly as in percent chance any time you are attacked) strip it off you and that's permanent until you fix it at a campfire or finish the mission. Some reviews mentioned there is no RNG but that is pretty RNG. The difference between taking 7 damage per hit or 14 damage per hit is pretty substantial when you have 40 health, and are outnumbered 4 to 1 or worse. Each map has consecutive battles so this can matter a lot if you get your armor stripped immediately on your "tank". Seems like anytime you take vitality damage you can sustain permanent injuries randomly, healing at the hospice ( which requires you to leave that character there instead of in your party for X number of missions ) didn't remove them. Every fight after the first mission is your 4 guys vs 20 or so enemies, I can only assume this will get even worse... everyone has attacks of opportunity so you cant really move around to handle threats like archers and mages without extra punishment for it. Ranged enemies also seem to focus your ranged party members if they are able, and they outnumber you, and your ranged units have very low health. This is fairly normal for the genre but it just feels extra punishing here, not unbeatably punishing just annoying, possibly because you have no healer characters and can only rely on potions to heal of which you can only equip 2 on a character for the entire mission, which may consist of 6 consecutive battles. The different classes did not seem interesting, but I only played this for 4 hours. I should note you never get to choose these classes, not even for your main character, they just are what they are. Besides the static character models that can't even change their weapons the graphics are decent, the story also seems interesting but the gameplay is making me just not care. It kind of feels like it's worth the $13 on sale price but just barely, and for me personally I am going to try to get a refund, it's too headache inducing for what it is. For the price seriously just buy rogue trader instead if you are looking for a decent turn based strategy game. I expected better considering their normal asking price of $45.
