Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.57/day in the week to Aug 7 → 0.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

katamari damacy is, to me, the single most sublimely perfect game humanity has ever created. immaculate gameplay that can be learned in seconds and is uniquely addicting and all consuming. immaculate soundtrack that brings a grown ass man to tears after 20 years. immaculate visual aesthetic forced by ps2 memory constraints. immaculate story about the stars being broken and parents not listening to their children. are there better games? depends on your taste. i'm an action and horror guy generally speaking. but KD is perfect.
Fun game - short and sweet!

You roll a ball that slowly gets bigger and bigger and bigger until you have everything on the planet trapped inside, as if you're a Chaos God sent to eat everything in the world. If that sounds fun, I think you'll like this game.
this is kinda gonga
how weird i like it!
So called "free thinkers" when the King of All Cosmos tells them to roll up their neighbor's yard and sell it on Facebook Marketplace
A certified hood classic from PS2, runs great, plays great :)
Simply an era-defining game—one of the very best of the '00s. Right around when I'd started feeling like the art of gaming had stagnated since the PS1/Saturn/N64 era, along came this masterpiece that couldn't have been made on that hardware and was unlike anything else I had played before. Katamari Damacy is charming and genuinely funny, and conveys a sense of wonder and appreciation for all the things and beings that make up our world from the scale of crumbs to continents. Throughout the whole game, silly little moments are happening all around you, and Katamari Damacy's environment reminds me of something like a Where's Waldo book—but one where you're sweeping everything up with you as you explore further, in a way that does not feel destructive but rather like forming a deep symbiosis with everything. Everything (2017) felt heavily inspired by Katamari Damacy and explored this in a much more overbearing way. Your starting size varies and ending size ever increases with the progression of the levels, and between what I would call the two standout best levels (Make a Star 4 and Make the Moon), you cover the whole range, going from a 5cm sphere to an over 300m one. You can unlock Eternal (untimed) versions of these stages, which might be the best way to enjoy them. Less enjoyable are the few stages where you have to be careful about what NOT to pick up, but since these are not an obstacle to progression (you pass them even if you do poorly), they're really not much of a fault. I recommend Katamari Damacy as highly as I can recommend any game, but please be aware that there are a couple of resolvable but irritating issues with this port that make a bad first impression: 1. The options menu is not accessible at all until after you finish the tutorial level. So until then, you're stuck with the default screen resolution, volume, and controls. 2. The default volume is EXTREMELY LOUD. Like, I had to bring it down to 25% for it to be around the same level as everything else on my computer. Also, because the volume levels are set per save file, no adjustments you make in-game will affect the sounds and music that play before you load your file. So I recommend instead bringing up Volume Mixer and lowering the sound for the whole app. I waited until I had a PS5 controller to buy this because Katamari Damacy is designed around a gamepad with symmetrically aligned sticks, controlling as if the sticks were your left and right arms held out in front of you with hands placed on the ball you're rolling. But I also tried it with an Xbox controller for the hell of it, and it is actually *not that bad*, and my brain adjusted pretty quickly. There is also an alternate simple control scheme that I briefly tried and found less intuitive than the normal controls, but your mileage may vary.
Sooooo nostalgic!
