Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 4 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I have enjoyed my time so far. The early story is hooking enough to make you explore more of the world and what has happened to it The developer is also an enrichement to the common lisp community. Thank you!
I played a ton of Knytt Stories back in college during the mid-2000s. Ever since then I've wanted to play another game that had a similar chill, but sometimes challenging, vibe. Kandria definitely scratches that itch. The characters are enjoyable, and the art and music are a treat. There's some spots that are rough around the edges (my screen shakes occasionally), but they aren't deal breakers. Definitely looking forward to playing more and seeing what the devs do next.

Ambitious game, putting precision platforming sections into a big map making the rooms traversable both ways with different routes. Solid physics, detailed settings, bunch of secret paths, low stress upgrades, fun collectibles. Combat could be better, the combos are there on paper, but spamming light attack is all you need. I liked the vibes with the minimalistic character portraits and the limited story. Reminded me of Knytt Underground with the lack of ability gating.
As a Kickstarter backer, Kandria has not disappointed. It's a good mix of platforming, exploration and combat with a great story to help motivate you along your journey. The world is free for you to travel however you see fit, and I often find myself just getting lost in exploration rather than following the quest path. There's an array of interesting characters to meet and a beautiful soundtrack accompanying you along the way. The game also has a number of accessibility options that should allow anyone to jump in and tailor the experience to their needs. God mode, infinite dash, infinite climb and re-spawn on death mean it can be as easy or as hard as you want it to be.
I'm really enjoying the setting, populated with interesting characters it feels alive. The graphics are stylish, the platforming is tight and challenging. The exploration is all open from the start, no impassible blocked passages. If you're in the mood for exploring and maybe finding a new and graphically distinct setting, great go do that. If you're in the mood to talk to the characters and advance the plot, do that. If you're in the mood to conquer some very challenging platforming, you've come to the right place. If that sounds too hard, have you considered cheating, just a little bit in service of your enjoyment?
Good game. Surprised it's this obscure. The vibe most reminds me of Nier:Automata, when you're exploring the city at the beginning and just vibing, doing sidequests, fishing and so on. Then mix in a bit of Cave Story and Celeste. It's a good combo. It can be very tough in certain places, but there are some tricks to it which make it easier. For instance, don't forget you can move through the air in a long straight line just by attacking, any time. There's some really cool metroidvania features. You can see the path you've taken on the map, all at once or drawn out gradually. The places you've died are marked too, and you can add your own markers. There's no autosave, but you can save+quit any time, as well as manually save at phone boxes in key areas. The saving system is kinda strange because you can't die by platforming, only in combat. And combat is only a minor part of the game. (So far anyway). Some polish issues: - Input buffering could be slightly better in places given the demanding platforming some places have. - Ending(s?) are very abrupt, when they should slow down with some epilogue for a moment. - Music breaks at some rare times. - Menus with controller are slightly awkward (fine once you get the hang of it tho)
It's difficult , for me that I'm not really good at games but I'm enjoying a lot. I have to find more time to play it.
The game might be fine, but I experienced numerous controller related issues on the Steam Deck. The character keeps walking after I let go of the stick, sometimes she doesn't move and have to let go and move again, remapping an action made a mess in the menu, etc. The issues are frequent enough to not make the game enjoyable.

very fun game, the post-apo world makes itself want to be explored, I really enjoyed reading the snippets of the character trying to figure out what happened. The platforming was difficult while using a kbd&mouse, the game is easier with a controller.
