Just Cause 2 is an absolute dumpster fire of a game. It doesn’t save settings properly, it crashes constantly, the camera shakes like it was programmed by someone having a seizure, and the controls are a complete disaster. You can’t even change the difficulty without starting a new game, which is some next-level idiotic design. And the second-highest difficulty? Pure sadistic garbage. You get one-shot, quest NPCs get one-shot, everything dies instantly, and the game acts like this is somehow “challenge” instead of broken trash. Vehicle controls override other controls, other controls mess with vehicle controls, and the whole input system feels like it was built by drunk monkeys smashing keyboards. This game is a miserable broken pile of crap that deserves to be buried and forgotten.

if you own a 50xx. Don't bother. it Cannot start out of the box. Need to install NvidiaProfileInspector and enable Physx. What a mess. This is mainly Nvidia's fault but still. game has not old very well. Gunplay is meh. Defo not thought for K&M. Driving is so stiff. It's like driving on ice. The Voice are so bad. it's laughable. If you played this when it was released, it will probably be a good memory lane time But if you try this for the first time in 2026, it will show how bad this has aged. Hopefully they might do a remaster
