About
Jump Space (formerly Jump Ship) is a mission based co-op PvE for up to 4 players, where you are the crew of a spaceship. Transition seamlessly from crewing the ship to on-foot exploration and space walks. Engage in intense battles both on the ground and in space, and always keep your ship upgraded and intact. Teamwork is key for survival and victory.
We love co-op games, and we love space. Jump Space is our attempt to make both work together.
Jump across the universe - Select from a variety of hand-crafted missions with random elements. No two runs are ever the same.
Seamlessly go on and off ship - Once you’ve jumped with your ship, you can switch seamlessly between operating your ship, space walking and on-foot planetary exploration, it just works.
Upgrade, maintain, repair - Manage your ship as you scavenge for parts to upgrade or repair it, and adapt it to fit your needs. Bolster your arsenal of guns and components with tons of modifiers.
Fly with a crew, or go solo - Jump Space is best enjoyed with friends, but solo adventurers are welcome too.
Upgrade and customise your ship and guns as you face off against the challenges of space exploration, and scavenge resources to ensure your survival. Reinforce your defences, adjust your energy output for speed or bolster your ship’s attack capabilities - the choice is yours.
Experience fluid gameplay as you switch from steering your ship out of an asteroid field to jetpacking towards an enemy vessel to sabotage its core. Seamlessly transition between exploration, combat and traversal.
Go on missions with your friends and take on roles, from piloting to engineering and field exploration. Work together to overcome enemy attacks, extinguish fires on the command deck or adjust your ship’s power grid on the fly. There are no set classes in Jump Space, improvise and decide how you want to engage.

Pretty solid, though my experience is unfortunately limited to singleplayer - the free-to-play period was too short! There wasn't enough time to organize a time to play with friends! It's clear that co-op is what it's designed for, and most of the gameplay issues I had would be resolved if I weren't in singleplayer. From what I was able to experience, I think it's pretty fun. I did also struggle with graphics performance though - I don't have a great computer, so it's true that it's usually sub-optimal anyway, but most games aren't as bad as this. I had to put every setting to minimum and even resolution at the lowest that I could barely make things out - all to get a maximum of about 30fps, often lower, about 15 at worst. I've noticed early access games giving me a harder time than usual, but I don't know if it's because it's unoptimized, or if it's just because they're *newer* and I'm trying to run them on an older machine. The visual design is rather good though, if you can handle higher settings. Sound design is also good, almost *overdone* with all the bassy sound effects. XD Main theme music sounds just like a No Man's Sky track. Spaceship controls are good once you get the hang of it, though aiming feels harder than it should (but that's probably just because I'm not good at it). On-foot gameplay is decent as well - though again aiming is rather difficult - and is pretty similar to what I'm used to. Halo is the only other first-person-shooter I've played significantly, and similarity to it is certainly a good thing. Overall, great potential, but I don't think I'll buy it just yet - I need a better computer, and time to organize friends to play it with.

Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Классная и затягивает!
I like it, core loop fun. The actual randomly rolled loot could be way more interesting though a lot of the upgrades are just playing around with commmon number stats which is sort of boring.
Good Game. Would like Buddy to take flying lessons so I could have fun on the guns of my craft. Other than that, LOOT THE RUINS, BOARD THE ENEMY, AND MELEE THE INSOLENT MACHINES! This review as done after the conclusion of the free weekend event.
Entering JumpShip
Early Access Free Trial Review! I played this on the free weekend. Overall the experience was alright. For 10 Euro a weekend worth of fun seems like a good deal. We encountered one annoying bug: The jump drive needed a power cycle on mission start if a non host player was to be pilot. So gameplay wise it is a bit repetitive and could use some more variation. At the end of my playtime I had loads of resources but no blueprint I really wanted to spend anything on. The blueprint slots are too limiting in my opinion. Why do they even exist? I think it would be cool to get like three blueprints of the rarity specified by the mission threat level of which you can safe one. Also don't get me started on the airlocks. They add NOTHING and they are really annoying. Like our characters don't take off the helment anyways. We started using the access hatch at the bottom since it is faster and not as annoying. The tutorial is called prologue which it is. Do not mistake it for a tutorial it won't teach you anything you need for the real game. There also was severe lag (multi second) for me (the host) when many enemies spawned or when first using a tool (asset loading). That isn't really a problem for me but might be a deal breaker for some people.
played the free weekend, but very good fun with friends will get it when i can
