About
Jump Space (formerly Jump Ship) is a mission based co-op PvE for up to 4 players, where you are the crew of a spaceship. Transition seamlessly from crewing the ship to on-foot exploration and space walks. Engage in intense battles both on the ground and in space, and always keep your ship upgraded and intact. Teamwork is key for survival and victory.
We love co-op games, and we love space. Jump Space is our attempt to make both work together.
Jump across the universe - Select from a variety of hand-crafted missions with random elements. No two runs are ever the same.
Seamlessly go on and off ship - Once you’ve jumped with your ship, you can switch seamlessly between operating your ship, space walking and on-foot planetary exploration, it just works.
Upgrade, maintain, repair - Manage your ship as you scavenge for parts to upgrade or repair it, and adapt it to fit your needs. Bolster your arsenal of guns and components with tons of modifiers.
Fly with a crew, or go solo - Jump Space is best enjoyed with friends, but solo adventurers are welcome too.
Upgrade and customise your ship and guns as you face off against the challenges of space exploration, and scavenge resources to ensure your survival. Reinforce your defences, adjust your energy output for speed or bolster your ship’s attack capabilities - the choice is yours.
Experience fluid gameplay as you switch from steering your ship out of an asteroid field to jetpacking towards an enemy vessel to sabotage its core. Seamlessly transition between exploration, combat and traversal.
Go on missions with your friends and take on roles, from piloting to engineering and field exploration. Work together to overcome enemy attacks, extinguish fires on the command deck or adjust your ship’s power grid on the fly. There are no set classes in Jump Space, improvise and decide how you want to engage.

yo
good game lots of progression i got the game on the weekend it was enjoyable would i play this or helldivers thats the issue

Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Downloaded expecting the worst, I was very wrong. This game is actually excellent... really excellent. The interactive depth to the ship, the entire mechanics of the ship, flying, shooting, maintaining etc is great. Can't help but to just stop and admire the environment sometimes! good work!
The game is good. NOW, despite the "early access" problems it does have the game is very good and worth the price. Now it CAN be repetitive ONLY because the levels are not too varied "early access problem" But much of it can be forgiven IF they add far more Varity in the future. Enemy's need to have at least three development types. Human made corrupted "made by humans then corrupted by virus" then virus remade/upgraded, then Virus superiorly made/alien to human eyes version. This should apply to ships as well. As for the environment "on foot" levels need to be varied in damage and layout to give the impression that each place MAY be MADE the same way BUT are different places. Space environment is a $h!* show on variety cause well its space(Boring?) and I'm good with how they do it now (mostly cause besides maybe wrecks "look mostly the same anyway" and I have no idea how they would do it better other than what they do now.) The environments are fine but could always have more: my only idea would be lava or acid lakes? Polluted scrapyard from humans and machine types "Radiation damage is implemented"? The loot system is the best, Whatever is gathered from a mission you participate on can be copied and made for yourself in the fabricator. So no loot fighting which for me is a big sell. Higher level people thou cannot just give you blueprints thou, but I like this because it means everybody has to figure out their style. By the time (14 hours) the free weekend ended I had a combo of a superior Emp inducing (20% to inflict) SMG with a magazine of 60 (from 28 upgrade) with a 44% increase in fire rate and a two handed wrench (melee) that also stacked Emp (If the emp stacks to 10 the machine shuts down) AND also does more damage to emp afflicted machines AND recharges shields. Its agreeable not the BEST but for a free weekend it was fun to shoot a Tank have it shut down and then wail on it with a Melee weapon like some sort of Space Ape. The point?: I had solid fun for 14 hours finding/learning and even playing with other people. Now difficulty CAN go from easy to hard to OOHMY GOD to everything in between. SO BE WARNED. I like that thou as I come prepared, other "new to this type of game and not a vet of gaming" people this can be casual but you SHOULD be prepared to REALLY lock in at any moment and KNOW what your doing when it happens (in later mission) ALSO be WARNED missions CAN take some time to complete on bigger/larger/huge missions. 8 people crewed ship missions may last a 30 min-hour. Now I'm not planning to buy this game "due to already having a number of other games need finishing and a promise" But this game IS a good investment in wasted time especially for it's price now. Only problem? It's early access and the problems that come with that. Are they going to finish the game, will the end product be better than now? EH? ITs honestly not the worst thing you can spend your money on today and well even cheap. I played 14 hours soo it is worth a purchase for that amount of time. I would say I'd play 20-30 hours total before I got bored or started to get bored. Even then many max players are still playing it. I may just buy it despite my promise too myself and the hope it gets even better and to support the devs. Gameplay may not be for everyone thou so do some research for yourself. I could keep gushing but I'm done with the review. I just do not have any real problems with it and see it as only getting better (thou it can get worse). BUT FOR RIGHT NOW ITS A BUY.
Loved the aspect of being able to fly a spacecraft, as well as being able to just step out of the captains chair, being in my spacecraft...telling my friend to take the yoke, get outside of the spacecraft (while flying) do repairs, run back into the hull and say "alright, get to the flight map and set the jump coordinates. Get in the jump seat before you're turned into jelly! lmao" not to mention just jumping off the craft and jetpack flying in space. It created a lot of crazy situations.
I'm more addicted than you
This is everything Starfield should've been. One of the best games I've played in years, and I can't even afford it because of my crushing debt. The free weekend was amazing and I will purchase the moment I have the chance to. I can't even imagine what the team would've been able to do if they had the budget of a giant studio.
