About
Jump Space (formerly Jump Ship) is a mission based co-op PvE for up to 4 players, where you are the crew of a spaceship. Transition seamlessly from crewing the ship to on-foot exploration and space walks. Engage in intense battles both on the ground and in space, and always keep your ship upgraded and intact. Teamwork is key for survival and victory.
We love co-op games, and we love space. Jump Space is our attempt to make both work together.
Jump across the universe - Select from a variety of hand-crafted missions with random elements. No two runs are ever the same.
Seamlessly go on and off ship - Once you’ve jumped with your ship, you can switch seamlessly between operating your ship, space walking and on-foot planetary exploration, it just works.
Upgrade, maintain, repair - Manage your ship as you scavenge for parts to upgrade or repair it, and adapt it to fit your needs. Bolster your arsenal of guns and components with tons of modifiers.
Fly with a crew, or go solo - Jump Space is best enjoyed with friends, but solo adventurers are welcome too.
Upgrade and customise your ship and guns as you face off against the challenges of space exploration, and scavenge resources to ensure your survival. Reinforce your defences, adjust your energy output for speed or bolster your ship’s attack capabilities - the choice is yours.
Experience fluid gameplay as you switch from steering your ship out of an asteroid field to jetpacking towards an enemy vessel to sabotage its core. Seamlessly transition between exploration, combat and traversal.
Go on missions with your friends and take on roles, from piloting to engineering and field exploration. Work together to overcome enemy attacks, extinguish fires on the command deck or adjust your ship’s power grid on the fly. There are no set classes in Jump Space, improvise and decide how you want to engage.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Completely unbalanced ♥♥♥♥ after latest changes.
TL;DR I like the premise of this game, but mechanically this game is very average at best. After putting a dozen or so hours in I believe the patch hasn't actually changed much outside of QoL improvements. The strength of this game clearly lies in the cooperative. Ship crew duties, multiple stations and FPS objectives become significantly more enjoyable with a couple of buddies AND they have actual stuff to do. That being said here are my gripes with the gameplay as is. Space combat feels like a poorly executed gimmick. I have time in games like War Thunder, Elite:Dangerous and Star Citizen that I think provide relevant experience. Piloting on M&K is on a weird virtual joystick combined with a gimballed weapon system (the centering crosshair option does not change these characteristics). There is no outflying enemies as they are simply faster than you always and move as though physics don't apply to them. That doesn't apply to just movement by the way, walls and asteroids aren't real for them either. They will happily fly AND shoot through them. Gunnery is just bad, lead pip indicator and crosshair are no more than suggestions and damage is just healthbar mechanics that just become bigger at higher difficulties. I simply stopped bothering with anything fancy and spam guns and defences. FPS has genuinely improved movement wise, but the shooting part is just as bland as before. The core loop I found myself falling into before and after the big patch remains the same. I mostly avoid combat and just complete (sometimes time limited) objectives unless I absolutely have to. Shooting things to me doesn't feel fun or impactful. I only shoot enemies that either are/ block the objective or those I cannot out-path/ avoid (example spiders). Clearing waves just feels like a waste of time and ammo that I could spend simply completing the objective. Also completing the objective turns off the spawnfaucet anyway limiting my ammo consumption in turn. All in all the experience feels like fries without salt, chips without dip, soda without fizz. The game looks like good bones and needs more development time. May revisit in the future.
This reminds me a lot about what I enjoyed of sea of thieves: manually interacting with different parts of your ship, the ability to personally specialize in different roles without the game locking you into or out of various interactions, a collection of similar but interesting points of interest where you have activities to perform. The sci fi elements of this really compel me and after the last update which changed how upgrades work, I am definitely feeling much more excited about "grinding" missions to try and find new blueprints. If you're like me and enjoyed Sea of Thieves, but your ADHD struggled to decide when a good stopping point is: then you'll very much enjoy this game!
Fun to play, easy to understand
Jump Space. This game has given me so much I can't even begin. It was the first game I was groomed in which sucked a little but I got cool helmets out of it. Besides that, it's Elite Dangerous if it wasn't a day job. It's really good at that and nothing else to be honest. I do wish that some hot chick would Jump on my Space on some real ♥♥♥♥ but instead I have this game where I imagine it while blowing up buildings.
I really want to recommend this game but as of right now it's not really well optimized. I have a RTX 4080, and a Ryzen 7 5800x, and most of my experience has been faced with stuttering and low fps issues even on the lowest settings with DLSS on. Gameplay wise its really fun, I love maintaining my ship, zipping around through space, and the gunplay feels satisfying. But the lack of optimization is really killing my enjoyment as of this moment. So I can't really recommend this game until it becomes more stable.
