JET SET CORPS

It is a nice ZXS color style game , smooth movement with colorful screen , funny control with ship parts collection , this game reminds me of the < Soft ＆ Cuddly >1987 . I like the game , but I think some change will be better . 1 . Add some BGMs in game , when I played I feel lonely and empty . 2 . Add more acts . The spaceman and aliens kind of doll . They just fly around . 3 . It is cool the ship needs food , not only apple , Canned vegetable and Canned meat also yummy . 4 . This game need a strong theme , horror or funny . 5 . This game speed is fast , make it slow and stressful . Maybe one scary alien chased spaceman . Then we got : A spaceman in different maps save people and find ship parts with limited ammo and a scary alien try to chased him , add some creepy music / Blood / Dead body / cult Ok~ here my crazy suggestions , anyway I hope your games be popular and better . Happy new year in 2023 and really expect 3D vision haha

Awesome game!! Great gameplay, fantastic sound effects and amazing graphics. I am a huge fan of oldschool video games, and this one is definitely worth playing! 10/10!

Jet Pack with new levels and modes and same retro feel.

[list][*][b][h1]Morlan's shorts:[/h1][/b][/list] An obvious homage to the [b]ZX Spectrum[/b] era ..a borrowed, ahem, idea from "JetPac" (you could say rip-off, if in a bad mood) from 1983. It is basically the same gameplay where your jetman dude (choice for a dudette) is assembling his ship, collects fuel and lifts off. Added ideas: change extra weapons/add bombs/timer and a "newschool" mode that is an horizontal scroller (one way) where you still collect stuff etc but you constantly jetpack your way through baddies (same variety) and items. [b]Some issues need addressing[/b]: 1. First of all don't make speeded up videos for your game. It's deceiving, irritating to the eye and doesn't give the correct idea of what the gameplay looks like. 2. The flying is heavy, slowish/sluggish and the gravity too strong, compared to how the meanies are moving. 3. The hitbox is fairly large making it easy to get hit even if it feels you weren't that close. 4. The sound effects are rough and not very pleasing to the ear. In particular the "whang-whang" sound in the menu and the laser, and.. 5. ..DROP THE CAPITALS people. What is up with capitalised game names? There's no point to "stand out" because half the games come out in CAPITALS.. it's ANNOYING.. STOP IT. (See what I did there? ). Not even angry, just making a point. And it isn't 80s style. They had small letters back then too. And yes there were also capitalized name games too, idiotic trends aren't a new thing. 6. Too high a price for the experience. Find it at 2 gold coins or less and it's alright.. ..which is the reason I, not wholehearedly, recommend but I'm partial to the retro-game genre and I don't have a problem with "pixel-art" like some others.. [b]Some fun to be had, more so if you're nostalgic about the era, but it's kind of a one-off. You come, you play, you go..[/b] EDIT: [b]I am changing the review to negative because of the translations[/b]. You [b]NEED[/b] to use proper translators, i.e. people, to translate your game. Don't be lazy, cheap, because really bad machine translations are an insult to the languages. There may be others but least one language, namely Greek, is really an abomination of translation and an insult to the language. [b]FIX IT[/b] and I will review and change my opinion accordingly. [b]Don't waste more time reading lengthy reviews.. time is of the essence![/b]

Sexy game, very nostalgic, bonus with co-op!

An excellent remake of the classic arcade game with nice gameplay. Some of the levels are really chellenging. I recommend to all fans of retro gaming.

This one is hard to find but it`s a retro gem. From ZX Spectrum style loading screen to every aspect, pure retro, pixel perfect, done with heart and knowledge and it may look as a small game but it takes hours to complete the Campaign and if You like endless runners there is a second game mode - New School. I like that all planets are based on real objects in space, so there`s even some educational aspect. Every stage and enemies are different, some deeper into the game are crazy - my faroite is the one with the weapon "mulfunction" :) - mini-games, leaderboards and huge replayability. Very intense, high paces shooter-platformer. And my favorite - Co-Operative mode on one screen. Reminds me good old days of arcade gaming. Best for parties. It should be more popular, especially with that price, You won`t be sorry. I recommend Jet Set Corps.

Excelente revisión del clásico;yo en su momento lo tuve en mi flamante Spectrum 48k junto a todos los demás juegos de Ultimate play the game(Rare). Aún mantengo mi Spectrum original y hace poco compré el que lo emulaba,la edición Azpiri. Destila nostalgia por todos los lados,comenzando por su pantalla de carga. Sus gráficos y sonidos muy reconocibles. Es un acierto que hayan incluído un nuevo modo de juego,que es muy dinámico. Muy buena jugabilidad. Gracias a los desarrolladores por traernos tan buenos recuerdos de nuevo y ójala que saquen otro "remake" de juegos de Ultimate como Psst o Cookie. Imprescindible si eres un nostálgico de los juegos retro.
