Do you feel like milking your own cow? then this is possible in Cow Milking Simulator for virtual reality! Take a bucket and fill bucket after bucket with fresh milk until the cow is completely emptied, or until the time runs out of course because the game is played with a timer to be as fast as possible! You can then save the buckets of milk until you have enough to develop a dairy product and you can then sell these products. It is not without dangers, occasionally a UFO will try to steal your cow and you will have to chase it away by throwing things at it. My dear old Dad used to milk cows when he was but a humble farm hand back in the good old days before the internet and memes. Pretty sure he never had to fight off alien abductors in order to do so. I had a lot of short lived fun with this game. It's oddly therapeutic milking virtual cows into equally virtual buckets. There aren't any real instructions to speak of, but then there don't need to be. Mash a big button for a bucket, pull udders to fill the bucket, pop bucket into the machine, repeat until you have enough milk to then reap the rewards for cold hard cash. Speed and accuracy is key. Poor cow is going to be fairly chafed.

It all started when my friend gifted me this game. "Cow milking simulator?" I exclaimed. I was bewildered at the very idea. A game solely about milking cows? In an era of titans of industries such as valve releasing masterpieces such as Half Life Alyx, what boundaries could a game about milking cows shatter. When I say my expectations were blown away, please understand that statement is a massive understatement. Launching the game you are hit by the beautifully composed sounds of nature. Instantly I was hit by images of my childhood, exploring the forests with my friends, having nothing but my eyes and pure imagination. In front of you is your workstation, composing of a conveyor belt, milking station, and delivery station. Much like one of the greats, Minecraft, the game just drops you in without so much as a tutorial. The developers designed the stations so well they just knew the players would be mindlessly drawn to the giant red bucket button. Upon pressing the button the conveyor belt instantly blasts out a bucket. I had never seen such ingenious design because of course the button that has a bucket on it would imply a source of said buckets. Following basic logic the player drops the bucket down below the udder and what happens afterwards is possibly one of the greatest moments in gaming history. Touching the udders the player is met with a feeling that could only be described as pure euphoria. Never had I seen such realistic cow udder milking physics in any game about milking cows before. After that first minute of just milking the udders I blacked out. I awoke hours later, pints of milk and melted sticks of butter scattered around my desk in real life. Instantly I checked my computer only to be amazed that only 6 minutes had passed in game. That's when I knew I had to leave it behind.
