Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Aug 19 → 1/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

My wet dream rome true.
Good game but abandoned before it could fully develope its potential. It fells like the raw base game of EU4 but without years of updates and DLC's.

Great game. Stopped playing shortly after launch due to disliking 1.x versions. Really enjoyed 2.0 versions. Played a bit since then. Base game is nice, Invictus is a great mod for those who want an enhanced base-map experience, Terra Indomita is a great game for those who also want to check China or Japan out though it feels less fleshed out than Invictus at certain points and nations. Overall, what I can say is that I am hoping PDX picks the project back up.
Vivat Imperium Romanum!!!
SPQR.

If they wouldn't have given up on this game... it would have been great!
I tried it at launch and just couldn't get into it, but I gotta say: after all the updates, and the support from the Invictus mod, this is a really solid strategy game on par with the likes of HOI4 and Stellaris. I especially love how much control you feel like you have over every aspect of your empire. Wars and combat feel extremely satisfying and the economy actually feels really good with all the resources and diplomacy you need to get keep things running smoothly. I never feel bored, or like there's not something I need to do to keep improving my empire. My only complaint is that you do eventually start to steamroll, but to be fair I've only played as Rome so far and apparently they're the easiest campaign.
