Feels like a very good EU4 + Victoria 2 + Pseudo Crusader Kings type game is hidden under a layer of meh and annoyence. It makes me want to play Europa Universalis. IR has interesting ideas but due to its own limitation of being a R O M E map-painter, they are mostly negated.
Fantastic game despite an extremely rocky launch. Ignore the negative reviews, they're mostly from when this game was bad. Nation building in Imperator is honestly more fun than it is in any other paradox game. If you get it make sure you download the Invictus mod, its basically the official continuation of development at this point.

Es bueno para repasar antes de un examen de historia
Дуже приємний перехід між попередньою епохою Ігор від Парадоксів (EU4, CK2) й сучасними як Vic3 та EU5, де вже використовують населення як core механіки. В Imperator Rome так само приємно зафарбовувати мапу як в EU4, але також класно досягти еквілібріуму в суспільстві, коли всі задоволені й ніхто не хоче повстань (читай всі асимільовані). На диво відносно нормально працює мультіплеєр на 4 людини, навіть при тому що гра закинута розробниками. Я майже нічого не знаю про античність й це перша гра котра змотивувала мене прочитати за Пунічні війни та інші події цих часів 😅
