Looked cool, but stashing items over your shoulder seems to more often than not, also drop something from inventory. Throwing is weird. I tried to throw that tentacle rope thing. First try worked wonders. Second time doing so.. Tried throwing 8 times, and ended up throwing away 2 things from the inventory while doing so. Clipping through the bottom of lakes are common. Invisible barriers. Gunplay is kinda meh. The only thing i think it has going for it is pretty decent visuals. And yes, i'm writing this after ragequitting from the "throwing ♥♥♥♥ into a ravine when trying to rope".. So it might come across as a bit harsh.
Only played for an hour but so far so good. Nice exploration and sense of scale in an alien world. I needed that little escape today.
Horizo Call of The Mountain
it's like half life alyx
cool but gets boring to look at at time, stunning visuals. easy to play and beat. wish there was more to the game, there is arena. but the game can be hard at times. real life injuries (minor) while swimming in game
I think this is a solid VR title. The climbing swimming, and shooting generally work as expected. It doesn't randomly crash, lose limbs, or set you with odd heights. Looks nice. Story is typical scifi fare.
5 hours? I must have put months of play into this game, it had a lot of content Upgrade system makes you feel like youre progressing, dialogue/story is ok, but some really pretty scenes Recommend!
