The mechanics are incredible, but come on, where are the Hitman mechanics? Every game comes with advanced mechanics, okay, but Absolution doesnt feel like a Hitman game at all just a sneaky assassin game. I don't say its bad but if you re here looking for Hitman theres nowhere to be found.
good storytelling and fun game, rather having just targets to kill every level there is also escape scenarios like avoiding arrest, gave me arkham vibes with its quality which made me feel nostalgic
A mi parecer uno de los mejores Hitman que sacaron. Se siente fresco y es muy disfrutable de jugar. No es perfecto: la IA de los bot sí envejeció un poco mal, pero no termina por afectar la experiencia. Recomendado totalmente.

Hitman: Absolution is a visually stunning entry in the franchise that delivers exceptional mechanical polish but sacrifices the series' signature freedom for a highly linear narrative. On the positive side, the gameplay feels incredibly fluid, featuring refined disguise systems, heavy and impactful combat, and the introduction of the helpful Instinct Mode. The game is also breathtakingly beautiful, showcasing rich lighting, highly detailed environments, and impressive crowd technology that still holds up well. However, the game falls short in its structure and plot, trading the traditional open-ended sandbox maps for restricted, checkpoint-to-checkpoint levels. Instead of planning and executing grand, complex assassinations, players spend too much time simply escaping from one small segmented area to the next. Combined with a weak, gritty, B-movie style story that deviates too far from Agent 47's professional contract-killer roots, Absolution ultimately succeeds as a great action-stealth game, but stumbles as a traditional Hitman title.
