If war is the closest we get to hell on earth, it's because Earth harbours the worst of demons: humankind. In an isolated country ravaged by infighting, discover the secrets of your past and deal with the repercussions of a mysterious calamity.

About
Hell is Us is a 3rd-person action-adventure game that combines intense melee combat with the thrill of exploration. Explore a semi-open world to find answers to your questions and face mysterious creatures all along your journey.
As well as the civil war dividing the country, the region is suffering from a mysterious calamity, which has given rise to supernatural creatures that no modern weapon can defeat. Your drone and sword from a different age are your faithful allies as you cut a path through lands infested with terrifying chimeras and try to unravel the mystery of their appearance.
No map, no compass, no quest markers: following your instincts is part of the adventure. Enjoy a unique experience that uses innovative writing and level design to let you make your own decisions and follow your instincts as you explore. Your discoveries are yours alone.
Swords, spears and axes: a wide range of weapons forged specially for fighting these supernatural creatures is available. You will need to learn how to fight these monsters and use your drone wisely to stay alive.
''The central theme of Hell is Us is that human violence is a perpetual cycle fueled by human emotions and passions.''

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I enjoyed my time with Hell Is Us however there can be some room for improvement. The graphics are really amazing with its grim, spooky world and level design. Because of that; it really encourages exploration as everything is unique in its different zones. The combat is fine but I find this could be improved if they ever make a sequel. The biggest issue is mob variety. Theres not many different types of mobs and once you nail down a technique you kind of just stick to it because it pretty much just works with everything. This makes it a puzzle game first then combat second in my opinion. The puzzles weren't that difficult. There were some puzzles where I could easily guess because it just made sense and if you just read the source material it's pretty easy to get through. Flying through and not reading any of the signs/statues will make it much more difficult. But playing it at the developers intentions I don't see the need to use the internet. It was a nice fresh experience as it was something different than other "Soul-like" games. Hell Is Us is a Good game on a verge of a great game for me personally and they can definitely make something special in a sequel if they just work more on the combat and variety within it.
Medio repetitivo el combate, pero buena trama - Si fallás en alguna obra y querés el logro, iniciá una partida nueva y sólo hace las obras que te falten -
For those, who didn't dicide purchase this game. NO AND THAT'S ALL. To whole game u have only 3-4 enemies with 3 rankings and only 2 bosses. if u even dicide to explore the world to find some eggs and secrets it's will be very boring. because a storytelling of the game very hard to understand something and doesn't explain anyting until u dicide to searching some information in a web. For $39.90(idk which exactly price do u have) this game is suck and doesn't deserve this price. U can buy it if a price will be MUCH LOWER but even like this it's doesn't deserve your attention.
This game is RUDE and that's the reason for playing it!
Great game worth your time
Very interesting game with some of the most serious subject matter and depictions of evil I've seen in a game.
You will see some really dark things in this game, and with that, it's not going to be for everyone. This game revolves around a religious war and the fanatics that go with it. Both sides view each other as less than human and do some of the most awful stuff to each other, and kids are not excluded from this. This game forces you to witness the events that are unfolding and the aftermath of it all. The exploration does not hold your hand I have a Word document with notes and clues to quests I have found to help me remember everything going on. The puzzles are great, but you have to put the clues together yourself. Don't expect brazen hints. There is zero hand-holding here, and some of the quests and puzzles you can permanently miss out on due to the ongoing war and conflict in the game. Combat-wise, it's nothing incredibly new, if your used to action games, this will feel somewhat familiar with some minor new mechanics involved with kills and the way HP and stamina work. Over all if you like action oriented games and love puzzles and exploration and story telling this game is a must buy even at full price. If your only interested in the combat cause your chasing something like a "souls like" then I would skip this.
