Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.

About
Hell is Us is a 3rd-person action-adventure game that combines intense melee combat with the thrill of exploration. Explore a semi-open world to find answers to your questions and face mysterious creatures all along your journey.
As well as the civil war dividing the country, the region is suffering from a mysterious calamity, which has given rise to supernatural creatures that no modern weapon can defeat. Your drone and sword from a different age are your faithful allies as you cut a path through lands infested with terrifying chimeras and try to unravel the mystery of their appearance.
No map, no compass, no quest markers: following your instincts is part of the adventure. Enjoy a unique experience that uses innovative writing and level design to let you make your own decisions and follow your instincts as you explore. Your discoveries are yours alone.
Swords, spears and axes: a wide range of weapons forged specially for fighting these supernatural creatures is available. You will need to learn how to fight these monsters and use your drone wisely to stay alive.
''The central theme of Hell is Us is that human violence is a perpetual cycle fueled by human emotions and passions.'' – Jonathan Jacques-Belletête, Creative Director

Fun game! The combat isn't stellar, but the story and exploration are reminiscent of older titles where you had to actually think about what you were doing and know where you are going. A solid 7/10 video game.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Liked that this was a change. No map, doesn't hold your hand, and makes you use your head. Kind of felt like the games back in the day. Overall, it was fun, entertaining, and the story was well put together. Now, if you are a melee kind of person, keep in mind that this is really just a hack and slash type. Sure you get some elemental properties for each type of weapon, but still.
Overall this was a really fun game that I enjoyed enough to finish it. However, I think it struggled a little bit in variety of enemies and just keeping things engaging. There was a ton of puzzles which I just found a little bit tedious. They weren't necessarily hard, just required a lot of running around. Once I figured out the answer I would just look it up anyway to save myself having to run around. The story is nothing life changing but is intriguing enough. Wish there was more to the "interagation" overarching story but that doesn't really tie in until the end. I think the combat is really the let down. It starts out so strong. Interesting healing mechanic. Decent responsiveness. Enemies have unique mechanics. But the further you get into the game the more it turns into "hit enemy enough for them to die" and the early game mechanics you're required to engage with to keep from getting your butt beat never really evolve. All in all, decent game. Play it if you're into the aesthetics but don't be afraid to just look up puzzle answers if you get even a little frustrated with them.
Unfortunately, I can't recommend this game despite the story being one of the more captivating I have seen in gaming. It's very depressing and doesn't hold back on gritty details which I appreciate. Other positives is that I do enjoy the devs intentions with no fast traveling, no map, no quest markers. However, the puzzle system because increasingly annoying the more quests, side quests and general puzzles you enounter. If you do not sit down with a physical notebook and write down what NPCs are telling you, where you encountered a puzzle etc., you'll be quickly lost and frustrated. The other massive negative is UE5. This game runs very bad, especially considering the fidelty of the graphics. The blurry mess that is UE5 physically strain and hurt my eyes after just an hour of playing. For a game that requires a lot of concentration, this is simply unbearable. I'll try to finish the game because I love the story. But it's difficult to finish a game that gives you literal headaches. Update: I finished the game. It was mostly a frustrating journey and the very end... I'm not sure. I'm glad it's over.
great game
I do not recommend this game.
7/10 - Recommended. Hell is Us has a really good story and some fantastic puzzles. I also liked the atmosphere and the way the game lets you figure things out without constantly holding your hand. On the other side, enemy variety is pretty limited and the combat mechanics never felt that great to me. Still, the story and puzzles were strong enough to keep me interested until the end.
