It's a fun game from the beginning through mid-game. Then the difficulty ramps up sharply. The difficulty comes from RNG: You either get a good run or you don't. You either fight boss after boss after boss (usually with junk gear) and then get curses dumped on you or you don't. The encounters get harder and the enemies become damage sponges. The later bosses you start with crippling curses, you never have food, you never have gold. And the last boss is just, like, one of the worst endurance rounds in video game history, basically, beat every single boss in the game 3 at a time, on one run, one life, no continues, no break, no heals... with quick-time events! With the games kinda dodgy controls and camera. And then when you go looking for advice from the community it's: "I beat the entire game with a wooden shield and no armor and the starter ax... lol git gud!" Gee, thanks bro! And oh yeah, I believe you, I'm sure you did... Or, "The game's easy, all you have to do is equip a full set of specific endgame armor and gear that you happen to randomly draw or come across in a shop and somehow have enough gold to pay for it." Basically, keep playing over and over again until you get a perfect run with all the best gear and then use the exploit to crash the game right before the game over screen so you can log back in and try the fight over again. It is a fun game though. But it can be frustrating at times. And you get a pretty nice sense of accomplishment when you do advance.

Every market we collect.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Aug 10 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Spiel ist O.K
This is a rather unique game in that you use cards to create a map that you then traverse. Each card does something: it can be an enemy, a chance roll, a shop, or something else entirely. That said, you can select the cards in advance, so it doesn't really ever feel too unfair. The combat is simple but effective, and the controls are mostly responsive; each boss has a different strategy behind it (although many you can indeed just power through). It seems like a lower production cost went into the game, but the team maximized what they could do with that budget. Also, the dealer/narrator is totally on-point with the dialogue (that is mostly well written and excellently delivered). Overall, I give it a 9/10
Everything about this game speaks to me. The music, cards, aesthetic, and voice acting are a 10/10 for me. The only complaint i'd have is that the combat is a little clunky but it's not bad enough to rub me the wrong way.
