Reviews
Long term Halo fan here. This game is great for people that have never played Halo, it's not for the already existing fans. (Lists below are in order from top to bottom in how much they affect your experience.) Positives: -Graphics look great, art style is gorgeous. -Old engine physics are incredible and it feels just like old school Halo. -The repetitive level design has been replaced and is wonderful. -Movement and gunplay feel modernized but still like Halo. -Bonus missions have pretty level design. -Bonus missions have a cool idea for the story, and despite the hate I don't mind the new character. Negatives: -Runs absolutely horrible, DLSS looks miserable and should not be needed. -AI is actually just stupid and broken. -$50 is slightly overpriced for what this is, especially because you have to pay for some of the skins as well. -Cheap animations within the cutscenes look tacky and choppy. -Cutscenes can be cheesy. -Voice acting sounds like a parody at times, no fun. -Pretty buggy, though I blame this on Unreal 5. Other notes: -The complaints about this game being "woke" are entirely made up and disprovable. For final thoughts, this is an okay introductory for people new to the Halo franchise. It can't capture the same magic Halo CEvolved did at the time, but I don't think it was ever meant to.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 4: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

They ruined my Halo. It is not worth this much.
Same old game with good graphic. It is not perfect but I really enjoyed playing it. Looking forward to coop with some friends : ) Mind that it is a short game so maybe it cost a little too much at full price!
10个小时通关主线以及奖励任务,很不错的重置,奖励任务开飞船也爽到了
Here is my review of Halo Campaign Evolved. I will split this review into the parts I liked and what I did not. PROS GAMEPLAY This is the Halo you love with a few tweaks to the sandbox. The modifications to the maps feel reasonable and fair. The additional new weapons are fun and varied. It is very refreshing to be able to use an energy sword now in Halo CE rather than having to wait until Halo 2. Skulls and gameplay modifiers add a new flavor to additional run throughs of the game. GRAPHICS The graphics are simply stunning. The way each level feels fresh and new again is amazing. When you compare 343 Guilty Spark on Campaign Evolved to the original and also Combat Evolved Aniversary it is clear they understood the assignment. One thing I want to add here that also goes in gameplay is how the levels Assault on the control room and Two Betrayals have been changed to help players not get lost as easily. AUDIO DESIGN NOTE, I am separating dialogue from this because it needs to be handled on its own. The audio design for Campaign Evolved is very good. It is not the best I have ever experienced in a game but still up there. The weapon sounds still feel very Halo but with little touch ups. The vehicle sounds, especially the Scorpion are chefs kiss. When you take the Scorpion through the ice tunnel and here the way the sound echos it is just incredible. NEUTRAL BONUS MISSIONS Don't get me wrong. I liked the bonus missions, but I feel like there should of been one more. The lore we did get was very interesting and could fix some plot holes left by later entries in the franchise but that being said it is still not enough. I will also say the scene with the ODST isn't some "boss babe" thing or whatever. If you know your Halo lore you know there is an absolutely dang good reason she tried to cut Chief down. If not read the books. I won't spoil it for anyone. NEGATIVE DIALOGUE There are some bits of dialogue that are recorded strange. It is almost like the audio engineer grabbed rehearsal copies of the lines instead of the finals. MISSING CONTENT/LOCKED CONTENT The Halo Combat Evolved Aniversary Terminals should of been included in the game. As a bonus mission too I would of loved to have seen Alpha base. I also don't like the fact that in my non PVP multiplayer game there is content locked behind promotions or other live service type stuff. BUGS I am torn on how to rate this. The problem is Epic Games has an engine that is known to be problematic but is basically the gold standard for everything AAA. Does that excuse Halo Studios or the team who they outsourced the game development to? It does not. But you can't built something stable on a weak foundation either. So I will say this. If you don't enjoy Halo and can handle a bit of problem solving here and there, or are like me and enjoy finding the root cause of problems give it some time or just avoid. If you do enjoy Halo and can tolerate the quirks you'll have a good time. 8/10
good
It's Halo. I would know.
Classic redone, awesome!
