Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 18 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It was ok...
Gryphon Knight Epic is a refreshing interpretation of the classic side-scrolling shoot-'em-up formula, combining fast-paced arcade action with a fantasy setting that helps it stand apart from the genre's usual focus on spaceships and futuristic warfare. Developed and published by Cyber Rhino Studios, the game follows the story of Sir Oliver, a legendary knight who has already completed his heroic journey and settled into retirement. When mysterious events begin affecting former heroes and allies throughout the kingdom, Oliver mounts his trusted gryphon, Aquila, and embarks on a new adventure that sends him across dangerous lands filled with monsters, rival champions, and powerful bosses. The game's greatest strength lies in how it blends old-school shooter mechanics with light adventure elements. Players navigate horizontally scrolling stages while avoiding enemy fire, overcoming environmental hazards, and battling waves of increasingly dangerous opponents. While the foundation is rooted in traditional arcade gameplay, the inclusion of branching routes, hidden treasures, and secret collectibles gives levels more depth than simply moving from left to right. Exploration becomes an important part of the experience, encouraging players to look beyond immediate survival and search for rewards that can improve future runs. Combat remains consistently engaging thanks to a diverse arsenal of weapons. Throughout the campaign, players unlock various magical and physical attacks that behave differently in battle. Some weapons excel at covering wide sections of the screen, while others focus on concentrated damage against tougher enemies. Choosing the appropriate equipment for specific situations adds a strategic layer that keeps encounters feeling fresh throughout the adventure. Rather than relying on a single dominant weapon, the game rewards experimentation and adaptation, especially during more demanding stages and boss fights. Boss encounters are among the most memorable aspects of Gryphon Knight Epic. The campaign features a wide range of powerful opponents, many of whom are former heroes with unique personalities and attack styles. Each battle introduces distinct mechanics that require players to learn patterns, react quickly, and identify openings for attack. These encounters feel more like dramatic duels than standard genre checkpoints, providing satisfying moments of challenge and accomplishment. The variety of bosses ensures that the game continually introduces new obstacles instead of repeating the same ideas. Visually, the game embraces a colorful pixel-art style that successfully captures the spirit of classic arcade titles while maintaining a polished presentation. The fantasy environments are varied and appealing, ranging from castles and forests to mysterious ruins and dangerous caverns. Enemy designs are creative, animations are fluid, and the world feels vibrant throughout the journey. The retro-inspired visuals work particularly well because they complement the game's nostalgic gameplay while still feeling detailed enough for modern audiences. The soundtrack contributes significantly to the atmosphere. Energetic musical themes accompany intense combat sequences, while more adventurous compositions support the game's exploration-focused moments. Sound effects are equally effective, providing satisfying feedback during combat and helping emphasize the impact of different weapons. Together, the audio and visual design create a cohesive fantasy adventure that remains engaging from beginning to end. Like many games inspired by arcade classics, Gryphon Knight Epic offers a substantial challenge. Enemy projectiles frequently fill the screen, demanding sharp reflexes and precise movement. Success often depends on learning enemy patterns, mastering weapon selection, and improving through repeated attempts. While the difficulty can be demanding, it rarely feels unfair. Players willing to invest time in mastering its mechanics will find the challenge rewarding, though newcomers to the genre may face a steeper learning curve. What makes Gryphon Knight Epic particularly noteworthy is its successful combination of familiar shooter mechanics with a fantasy-driven world and stronger narrative focus. Rather than simply recreating old arcade experiences, it introduces meaningful exploration, character-driven boss encounters, and progression systems that add depth to the formula. The result is a game that appeals both to longtime fans of classic shoot-'em-ups and players looking for a more distinctive take on the genre. Gryphon Knight Epic delivers an enjoyable blend of challenging action, memorable boss battles, varied weaponry, and charming fantasy aesthetics. Its willingness to innovate within a well-established genre helps it stand out among retro-inspired shooters, creating an adventure that feels both nostalgic and unique. While its difficulty may not suit every player, those who appreciate skill-based arcade gameplay will find plenty to admire in this gryphon-riding quest. Rating: 8/10

It is a side scroller shootem up/bullet hell at times that offers new means of destroying your enemies after every boss by rewarding you with there weapons. Fairly simplistic and was really fun to hunt. If you like side scrollers give it a go. Also note I did find a bug in the desert area with the blue fairy things that give shields. If you don't wait around 5 secs and instead kill them all too quickly there shields remain on the enemies even though they are dead indefinitely and there is no way to actually kill them.
Buen shoot'em up que entretiene.
Obviamente me esperaba otra cosa.
