Dev gave up on the game and took it out of early access with no updates Don’t buy this game
the dev abandoned this game with no explanation other than "life sucks, sorry if you bought it expecting more." they took it out of early access just to appease ppl but fixed none of the beta issues or anything, they just straight up removed the early access tag to shut ppl up and have been completely radio silent since the end of 2023. should be removed from steam or atleast be locked so nobody else can be scammed. its an unfinished mess with more bugs than content

Paid for a game with like 3 features in early access, seemed like it had good potential, put it on the shelf and waited for updates. Dev has no plans to update anymore, claims this is a finished game, it is not. TL;DR don't waste your money, it's not even worth $3
I'm surprised this isn't in early access - I found it to be too buggy for prime time. (Edit: I see that they took it out of early access without actually getting the game to where they would have liked. That is a shame, there is potential here.) I keep getting trapped in menus and can't get out of them, the help menu particularly seems troubled as the menu buttons you need are hidden behind the help text. (It would be funny if it weren't so frustrating!) I found the gameplay to be less fun than similar survivor-likes, but not without potential.
Abandoned game. Its a shame. The ideas behind it are great and lots of fun.
Release at this state is troll?
abandoned.
This is a pretty cool little game. It's not long by any means, but it's pretty fun for the price. The three maps are pretty similar, and the bosses remain the same throughout. The way you put together your spell(s) is easy and fun. The linking of one spell to another is fun to mess around with. After 7 hours I have basically completed the game, and have all the achievements. Mind you the game was running without me playing for some of that time as I was multitasking. =] Still, if you like this sort of game, this might be fun for you. If you are looking for a difficult game, this isn't it. Once you figure out a couple effective combos you can just reproduce those until you finish the game. I do recommend trying everything out though. It was fun to try different combos. Overall, at this price point would recommend unless you are looking for challenging gameplay.
Could've been a real gem, but unfortunately the dev released a less than half-finished game, charged people,, then abandoned it, so I can't recommend it.
https://youtu.be/HVWrsWGvJro Crafting custom spells from component runes is a nice feature but being faced with choices that don't help the target build far to often drains the join of building the spells.
