Like other players, my game stopped with the runtime error. Despite numerous attempts on fixing it via YouTube videos, nothing worked. Do not buy this game as it is unplayable from the letter opening onwards. There is a coin in the envelope that you require to buy a crucial item. After 3 years, nothing has been fixed. A great pity because I was really enjoying this game. Footnote: Steam will not give me a refund because there is not enough evidence that the game has a major defect as defined under Australian law! Not happy Steam!

Game crashed, same place twice. I played the other games in the series without a problem, but this game is unplayable, it crashes at the same place each time, an Error message pops up, I tried to get a shot of it, but game closed before i could get the shot.

While the game itself is actually a good one, with old-school puzzle mechanics, I do not recommend to purchase this game. The game is filled with bugs that will lead the game to crash and that will corrupt your savefile half way through the game, making it impossible to beat. There is one puzzle in which I have to open an envelope to continue (about 30 minutes into the game) in which the game shuts down with an unexpected error and that is it. As the game was released in Novemeber 2016, do not expect it to become more stable in the near future.

I can't recommend this due to runtime error that I get in the middle of the game. The game crashes everytime at one particular point (opening the envelope) and I can't move forward.

I am in full agreement with alex010. This is a nice game or would be if it wasn't for the run time errors that plague it causing the game to crash.

Sigh. I wish I had read the reviews before playing. This game is broken: there is a bug leading to a crash in the middle of the story. It's a good game until then, but unfortunately you won't be able to finish it. Steam should remove this game and refund everybody who bought it.

O jogo é bom, eu e minha irmã eramos loucas para terminar ele na nossa infância. Quando eu comprei o jogo minha experiencia estava sendo ótima, até que em certo momento do jogo, em que você vai abrir uma carta, o jogo da erro, e para continuar temos que pegar o item que há dentro da carta. Com isso não tem como continuar, e pelo que eu soube o erro já ta a anos e não foi corrigido.
