Very buggy, it's not smooth to play to the point where it interfers with the story, NPC get stuck. Weird visual glitches. The story is the only good thing about the game even that is meh at times. overall it's okay but definitely not legendary status as many would pretend it is.

The game, where every ending in this game is just like a new start of something in your life. The game, where it captured the world that every gen X, Millennial, ane early Gen Z lived through, it should be placed somewhere in the museum. Although the cut content is more then huge, it made a breakthrough throughout every videogame, especially for R*, it's also funny and cute to see some characters where they'll appear in GTA V, and not just the characters where we see them in the missions.

I bet this game is actually great but I didn't get the chance to enjoy it, because the pc port is buggy slop. Even with fusion fix and capped framerate my game kept crashing randomly or when roman called me in the first mission. One time when I opened it, it crashed but the audio from the intro kept playing and there wasnt a rockstar or gta iv task open in taskmgr. Very buggy and weird

我认为是最经典的一代。1和2不是3D, III、vc、sa太旧， V代丢失了许多gta风格。只有IV可以代表整个gta系列。
