First off I loved the game itself, more so the online play. On the single player, main story, I mainly have an issue of flying out of the vehicle when crashing. The game provides no option for buckling up the seat belt to prevent this, online play disabled this feature and allows you to drive around more recklessly. Outside of the game, the support is trash. I used an old email that became compromised to create my Rockstar account. I have submitted 10+ tickets, with each one being resolved by being told to submit another ticket. I refuse to buy another Rockstar game on steam, as google stated it I won't be able to play it. My steam account needs to be linked to a new Rockstar account and I don't think any human is reading my issue and they are marking it as resolved, due to not being able to verify I am the owner of my steam account and/or old compromised email Rockstar account. This would probably have been resolved if I was able to directly talk to someone over the phone. That's what resolved the same issue with EA and Ubisoft. Found another thread of similar issues and apparently Rockstar will make it so if they are able to unlink and relink your steam account you still might be permanently unable to play Rockstar games using the same steam account. https://support.rockstargames.com/articles/1UjsMnPSkIDsNXlF8LRbKO/unlinking-your-steam-account-from-your-rockstar-games-account Looks like I'll never be able to play Rockstar games on the PC in the future. At least I found this out before purchasing another Rockstar game.

Rockstar you must be on the highest of shrooms if you think it's remotely consumer-friendly to overprice this series' sequel AND paywall not only shops and customization but also STORY for a singleplayer game. You're out of your mind, and you should feel ashamed.
Imagine finishing this game in 2026 No introduction needed, great game, funny dialogues, enjoyable characters, gameplay and story. However side missions needed more importance. Ambience is pretty good in the evenings. Online is pretty mediocre though, good heists but quite buggy sometimes. 9/10
Revert the heist payout nerfs, there should be no reason to cripple payouts and have a new heist come out that costs at bare minimum $16,200,000 to even participate in the new content. This type of treatment of your fans and player base is why people cheat.
Absolutely dogshid optimisation. Rockstar, a multibillion dollar company, cannot invest in the proper facilities to actually make the game not crash during heists. Why, after all these years, does the game STILL crash in the middle of the Diamond Heist? 10 times out of 11 you will crash while in that tunnel, in the exact same place. And then the one time you don't crash, a player do either of the three things: (1) ask for a bigger % when they contributed NOTHING. (2) leave midgame after we've done the bulk of the heist. or (3) do some stupid moron crap like going for LOCKBOXES instead of paintings. It's not even as simple as just calling it "crashing" though. You'll crash, spend 2 minutes waiting for it to fail rejoining a server, forcing you to play the campaign. Then you spend 2 minutes rejoining another server. Then when you join you discover you can't make a MC club or business because it's full. So you spend 2 minutes joining yet another server. Then you discover it's spawned you IN THE VAULT TUNNEL which you can't get out of. So you have to kill yourself. Then you respawn. Then you try to drive to your arcade to do the heist, but oh you can't because your car's been impounded. Rockstar. Fix yourselves.
Unable to recover original account, Customer Support is useless in helping me gain access to this game again. ♥♥♥♥ em
Good single player campaign, but the online mode is utter sh*t. Since the online mode is the majority of content for this game and the Shark Card nonsense are more "impactful" than the actual game and characters in the eyes of Rockstar. My review ends up leaning more towards negative. A mixed bag.
Nerfed Heists.... HUGE L take
is an amazing open-world game with a great story, fun missions, and endless activities. The graphics still look impressive, and the gameplay is smooth and exciting. A must-play for anyone who enjoys action and adventure games.
