The combat is solid

this game sucks, wholeheartedly. actual bunz game. it is so boring and this is coming from a guy who genuinely wanted to enjoy it. could've been gayer. nightwing's butt should've been way bigger. why is everyone so bald??? why does jason look like frankenstein's monster? weirdo game behavior. 2/10

this is honestly such an enjoyable game

As a huge fan of Batman and basically anything Batman related I had high hopes going into this game. I had heard about the games rocky launch but I was still excited to give it a try. In the beginning I was generally satisfied by the game but the closer and closer I got to the end and then the eventual conclusion the more and more disappointed I became. The interaction between the Batfamily is some over my favorite stuff in this entire game, it's funny and fairly comic accurate but it also feels far and few between. However, the final case file that acts as the last official mission given in the game honestly just made me want to slam my head against my desk, not due to difficulty but just because of the writing choices made. There are some truly good moments and at times the gameplay can be fun but it very quickly looses it's charm and becomes a repetitive slog. And the choice to have a cover of livin the vida loca as the credit song actually made me laugh out loud it was so bizarre.

It's a 6/10 game with a 3/10 story, 2/10 gameplay and 2/10 game mechanics. The only enjoyable thing to do is to play it with friends, which is what elevates the game to about 6/10. You have to either really love the batfamily, or you're seeking for a game to play with friends and you saw this discounted on Steam, for about 4 bucks it's worth it, otherwise no.
