Gotham Knights

Got it for less than $10, the game is fun an you get to play as one of the bat kids but the removal of the traditional arkham parry system and the story of the game didn't really grab me. Definitely wouldn't have enjoyed paying $60 for the game, I just feel like this is an inferior experience compared to basically any of the arkham games. It would be fun as a 2+ game where you and another at patrolling Gotham as a dynamic duo.

Pros - Beautiful and colorful graphics - Combat is mostly good, feels fluid and fun - 2 player multiplayer Cons -Movement, on rare occasions, feels a bit clunky (optimized for a controller), but thankfully doesnt affect actual combat much at all. -only 2 player support (there is 4 player dungeons, but they lack content and are highly repetitive)

Tbh i enjoyed this game alot, i feel alot of hate is because it wasnt arkham. This has been great solo, and with friends, seamless coop, probably some the best story based coop for more then 2 players ive seen. From voice lines, cinematics, to gameplay, combat, stealth, its nice.

jeu où l'histoire et attrayant mais le gameplay est horrible, a fuir si vous avez adoré les batman arkham ce jeu est une déception pour ma part surtout pour l'heritage que les jeux précédents (pas de ce studio mais rocksteady) avait laissé anterieurement

Giochetto carino, intendiamoci é l'equivalente di un Resident Evil 6, é mediocre ma ti ci puoi divertire, specialmente se sei un appassionato della bat family e hai un amico con cui fare l'idiota. (Il motivo per cui molti lo disprezzano cosí tanto é perché lo mettono a paragone con la saga di Batman Arkham ma non ci assomiglia nemmeno in termini di gameplay, é come paragonare Marvel Spider-man con Marvel rivals.)

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5 stars) I actually really enjoyed Gotham Knights. The game looks great, and I honestly don't understand all the hate it gets. To be honest, it has the same kind of combo based combat that all the Arkham games have. If you've played the Insomniac Spider-Man games or the Assassin's Creed games, I don't think the combat in these DC games is anywhere near as good. However, the story and the overall feeling of being in a DC universe are very enjoyable. You can play as four different characters. I chose Batgirl because she felt the closest to Batman for me. I also liked all of her high tech hacking abilities, and her playstyle suited me since it's more focused on stealth than some of the other characters. I definitely recommend giving this game a chance. If you're unsure about it like I was, it's absolutely worth picking up when it's on sale.
