About
Typing meets horde survival in this fast-paced roguelite that challenges your speed, accuracy, and strategy. Step into a minimalist arena and dominate the battlefield using your typing skills and your trusty keyboard.
Type the word above an enemy to finish them off. Challenge your focus and speed as bigger waves and wicked words try to slow you down and take you out.
These wily words also have a few tricks up their sleeves. Deterministic drones will simply edge closer towards you, but egregious enemies like Swarmers will fire their little bullets at you, while Shooters charge up to unleash hell on you.
Furiously fast fingers will never be enough! Upgrade your arsenal with unlockable weapons and loot that can help you make quick work of each wave of words.
Each build is uniquely yours. Set up your Oscillator and Sentry to take care of a large swathe of territory while you pick off the stragglers, or minmax your main weapon to evolve into an alphabet assassinator? The choice is yours!
There are multiple trials for you to overcome, and a boss guarding the end of each trial. Defeating the trials unlock challenging Omens that make your enemies even more formidable. Can you out-type and outwit our orthographic overlords?
Hate keyboards with a passion? Or are you just better with a controller? We have you covered with controller mode that works for any controller you might have, or even on the go with your Steam Deck!
Get into your flow state and provide your best typing performance under pressure, accompanied by pulsating techno beats to carry you to victory.

Definitely the best typing game that I've played on steam. The rouge-like format keeps you coming back to play far more consistently than other typing games, and run's usually last from 10-30 mins at approx 100 WPM. That said, I would appreciate more tailored difficulty options so I can tweak the settings to actually support better typing habits. I find that during highly frenetic sequences I begin to prioritize speed over accuracy, and I think adding more options to incentivize and reward you for accuracy and punish mistypes would be a huge improvement in terms of ensuring the game actually helps improve typing performance over time. 'Slow is smooth and smooth is fast' is a better principle to be internalizing to actually boost WPM than 'spam my keyboard and hope I don't mess up' -- which tends to be the natural response when difficulty ramps up as quickly as it does in many of these modes. It's not that I need the game to be way way slower -- it's more so an issue of misaligned incentives based on how the game's default mechanics work, as there aren't huge penalties for mistyping and there aren't super significant benefits to accurate typing unless you get lucky and select specific perks.
很有帮助,打字很爽,有一个青轴键盘更爽
Fun game, however I kept have an issue where after I play for some time the game will become extremely laggy, even in the menu and cause my computer to crash
After quite a long while of very difficult balancing and the game being very unfun because of it, it is now in a good spot. It's a really quick-fire typing game but even for someone with a modest typing speed, it is doable and quite fun. The upgrade and main weapon variety is good and the bosses are creative. My favorite typing game these days. It helps that I don't need to swap layouts to play the game as I type with COLEMAK_DH but most games with WASD control don't let you rebind those for the gameplay in-between the typing challenges.
I like this game. I hope there will be some sort of category for different keyboard layouts.
Very fun and a good way to practice my typing
