Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The art style is amazing but it's a disappointment beyond that. The demo promises much more than there actually is. The full game is not a story-driven RPG, it's much closer to a mobile game (probably related to the fact that it literally is a ported mobile game). You find yourself replaying the same levels over and over again to farm for loot to finally progress. You are urged to solve daily quests and participate in weekly community events. The game isn't even necessarily bad but it is way overpriced. Don't get it unless it's at least 80% off.
[2/5] ★★☆☆☆ This one is weird. I want to recommend Stone Story RPG but it was a very different game than I expected it to be. It's very enjoyable at first. The ASCII art is beautiful and super lively, the gameplay is cute and it feels like there's lots of secrets to be explored. Then, it turns out the game is a mobile game — and it plays like one. There's events to get loot, dailies and time-gated actions, and it turns out a lot of the game is actually about waiting for a long time to get your rewards. It's not necessarily bad, but with every new system introduced it felt further detatched from the beginning of the game that I enjoyed, and with what I played I can't justify the game price (considering it's actually free on the mobile app store).

Loved the demo. Constant progression. The actual game is a gigantic grind-fest. I think the price is way too high because of that. I got it on sale so I don't regret buying it. Shame because the ASCII animation is amazing and it has a stupid amount of heart.
why leave your computer on overnight to mine crypto when you can do it to grind for treasures and event rewards instead?
Bom jogo, mas nem a pau que vale os 45 conto que paguei nele. Simplesmente não tem conteudo o suficiente que justifique esse preço.
This is my favorite game of all time. (I played it on mobile first which is why my hours are so low) It has a beautiful ASCII art style mixed with a strategy focused combat system. In the early game, it is a relaxing a chill adventure mixed with just barely challenging enough combat to make you interested. In the late game, it becomes a strategy-filled experience with many different options to choose from. The best part about this game, in my opinion, it its replay-ability. The whole point after you finish the game is to get stronger and beat levels faster. This is done SO well with a ton of options to go faster like basic computer programming, leveling up, etc. HOWEVER, I do have one issue with the game. It is NOT a story game. Despite the name, Stone Story is more focused on its lore than its story because the story is essentially non-existent (aside from side-quests). Though, if you don't mind a basic story and enjoy strategy games, I highly recommend this game.
PC was better in mobile. The ASCII-art, the ability to code AI and it's RPG mechanic is top-notch.
This is the best RPG game i have played, am glad i was gifted this
