The fourth installment of the Glass Masquerade series features a return to the stained glass style of the first two games, and that makes it a return to form. Onyx Lute has more or less perfected the formula with the additional features here, too: the options for adjusting gameplay are nicely unobtrusive.

for this 4th game in the series, we went back to basics with the stained glass design. although that is something that i liked in glass masquerade 1 and 2, i still prefere the artstyle from glass masquerade 3. but i feel like something was missing with this one. the images all seemed a bit off and definitely not as detailed as in the other games. i also noticed that there was less content than in previous games, which is quite disappointing. i still enjoyed playing as i always do with glass masquerade, but i unfortunately won't be getting any dlcs from this one, i got enough with the base game.
